The night before the END? Not sure I'd be thinking about food, but instead would be making my children as happy and comfortable as possible, maybe serving them a huge ice cream sundae. I'd maybe have a quick scotch. Then I'd tell them tonight was special and we'd all be sleeping in our big bed. Then I'd gather them all up with my wife and I'd stare into her eyes for as many hours as I could as the kids slumbered all about us.

Do you have fresh Tuna? If not, Prime rib eye steak, bone in, (french cut), rare, (Tuna rare, can I have both?...substitute a side?)
Crab cakes or crab legs for appetizer.
Side is chefs specialty, must be photo ready.
Dessert, the best Port with MacAllen 30 Year Scotch to wash it down.
Bon Apetit!

Last night on the planet?

First things first:
I'd play with my son for as long as I could and enjoy his innocence and laughter.

Next comes dinner:
1. Woodford Reserve – on the rocks
2. Ribeye - Medium Rare
3. Baked Potato with LOTS of butter, salt, pepper & Corn on the Cob
4. Derby Pie

Simple enough, eh? What can I say? I'm a country boy at heart. I can think or nothing better ... except, maybe a slab of Ribs from The Rendezvous – but that's an occasional craving. The meal above I could eat everyday, forever and never tire of it.

After putting my son to bed I'd have to spend some "quality time" with my wife.

And lastly, I'd have a high quality smoke session and reflect on the wonderful life that I was allowed to experience on this Earth and be sure to thank God for it.

A perfect night and a perfect end to this life.

Bring on the afterlife and whatever may lay beyond ...
