Immunization Rates Bolstered by Public-Private Partnerships. The Palmetto Project’s nationally recognized approach to raising immunization rates continued to boost the state’s national leadership status in 2005.

Our approach is to develop community-based, public-private partnerships to increase the number of South Carolina children who are fully immunized and reduce the number of school days missed by students for failure to be up-to-date with their shots. State law requires school administrators to deny admission to children who are behind in their immunizations. Day care providers are under similar restrictions.

4103 under the terms of the "Annual Wellness Visit"

and

4204-3-e specifically dealing with immunization

Sorry for the lack of pointing you to the actual bill. Typically when subjects are brought here before ATS I like to assume that unless debunked they stand. This is one big bill I would personally like to see completely fly out the window. After scanning through the actual wording again, I find that the stench of socialism reeks more after sitting for a few months.

South Carolina Vaccine Exemption

Gosh, that was hard! I had to do an entire 5 seconds of Google searching to show that you are either lying or willfully ignorant.

Note that you can either get a religious exemption (which can apply to any religion you choose, even if you aren't ACTUALLY a member) or a medical exemption (which is simply asking a doctor to sign the form, which most physicians have no problem doing).

The difference between what I have called you and what you have called me, is that I have evidence. I haven't made a single claim that contradicts reality.

You, on the other hand, have gone from claiming "VACCINES ARE MANDATORY, OH MY GOD IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD" to "well, so what if they aren't...they MIGHT be someday! And just look at the 'tone' of the article!"

So, essentially, you are just moving the goal posts anytime you are proven wrong. You claimed they are mandatory, I showed you they are not. So now, you've decided to play 'predict the future' and claim that they MIGHT be some day, and that 'the administration' (as if vaccines and vaccination schedules were invented by Obama) is 'going' (not currently, but 'going', as if you can see the future) to tell us they are mandatory.

In your last response to me, you repeatedly asked me for sources for my statements that the swine flu vaccine is harmful to human health and has caused deaths and serious diseases in people. I ASSUMED you would have already been well aware of these issues since you claimed to be involved with the medical industry! You also ask for sources for my statement that many health professionals are advising against the vaccine. Again I am stunned at your ignorance, if you are REALLY a health care professional, and not just a professional internet salesman for very bad ideas.

Swine flu jab link to killer nerve disease: Leaked letter reveals concern of neurologists over 25 deaths in America

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the first sign that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself could cause serious complications.

It refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when:

* More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
* 500 cases of GBS were detected.
* The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
* The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear.
* The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are unknown.

It is being developed by pharmaceutical companies and will be given to about 13million people during the first wave of immunisation, expected to start in October.

Let me stop halfway through this excerpt to throw in -- "I TOLD YOU SO."

You keep saying, oh you have a right, they can't make you, (right SO FAR), and then you even go so far as to say they haven't even been SUGGESTING such a thing. Well read it and cry, or get over yourself, because you are sadly mistaken. I remember this kind of talk last year. The word "quarantine" here is all too familiar now that I see it again. But you must not have thought this was real, did you? The rest of the excerpt I'll quote:

The European Medicines Agency, the drug regulatory body for the EU, is accelerating the approval process for the vaccine, allowing firms to bypass large-scale human trials and instead test a vaccine based on bird flu.

Countries including Britain, Greece, France and Sweden plan to start using it as soon as it is cleared.

The Department of Health said it was "extremely irresponsible" to suggest Britain would use an unsafe vaccine. A spokesman said: "Over 40,000 doses of the vaccine which the swine flu vaccines are based on have been given without any safety concerns."
