Don't you mean you want to know so badly that you are willing to expose all of us to the risk? Some things really are issues of National Security. It is not always lies.

I just opened one document there and immediately had to deal with a Trojan of some sort. It keeps turning my real-time monitoring off but has not made it past the first firewall. Now I'm stuck with the hours long scan to make sure it left nothing behind. Damn half ass sites anyway! I know better than to trust them!

seems to me the notion that a disclosure of this sort would be bad for all is incorrect based on recent events.

The global meltdown has been all about exposing the fraud that has been going on all along. Folks are handling that fairly well, with many seeing this for the first time. Why weren't folks calling for a Fed audit 25 years ago? The same thing was happening then as now, the blow up has them questioning.

If these documents are real, and are to be seen, and do expose the horrors of international "diplomacy" so be it. The fact is billions are impoverished by "diplomacy," millions are murdered via malnutrition and war every year, all of it is simply caused by self interested "diplomacy" and as it is being done to us, and being done in our name, we should have to deal with it at some point as we have the financial mess.

What folks tend to REALLY want is their bit of earth based hell protected. They get very insecure at the idea that something like this will disrupt their lives, but don't mind the the fact that the energy behind things is leaving them open in the end anyway. You are a dead slave to them whether you know about this or not, knowing isn't going to change that fact, but it might give you the opportunity to change who and what you are.

The diplomats think everyone on this site, and on the planet, is a POS. They don't care about anyone but the few that employ them, you and I are disposable. Many suspect this, now let them see and hear it from the docs.

I really do hope everything that this guy said he downloaded/stole, makes it's way out into the public.

Everyone needs to know how corrupt the U.S government really is once and for all.

They are just trying to build up a case in order to go after him for leaking the video of the journalists killed and children being attacked without being accused of cover up, which is what they are doing, covering up their atrocities. Our military is hell. But what do we expect when we turned our military over to the Nazis after WWII. It would be awesome if he had leaked thousands of documents exposing those jerks. But it is just wishful thinking

He is a hero for leaking what he did. God help him.

If all government was open-source, then the enemy that another country would have to fight if they were to fight us would be every single american including all our talents and resources combined.

When we work together, share, and don't keep secrets we're that much stronger.

Really, I'm not impressed by this soldier who did this. He is no hero. I'm betting from what I've read he just wants out of the Military, even though he volunteered knowing full well what he would be doing.

I tend not to believe people like that either.

Odds are he did not have access to anything that sensitive anyway. Who knows. Wikileaks will do whatever they wish. Hopefully they are not some insane Anarchists.

***second warning about the documents at Wikileaks. I'm still dealing with it and I've lost a couple of hours work. Very risky place to open documents from!!! First problem I've had this bad in over 6 years. It slipped right by my real-time monitoring and started shutting my security down. Thank god for multiple firewalls.

and she will take the heat for everything.

Maybe there will be evidence that Hilary and Obama are trying back door trick to violate the 2ed amendment by banning guns in the US under a UN treaty.

Or evidence that global warning is a giant hoax by the environmentalist to control the world.

This could be just a ploy to put the conspiracy sites like ATS at rest, they are probably more afraid of us than that secret information because it could be controlled leak, where it only reinforces their public image.

I wonder why so many people think that world goverments have to be run with such secrecy? I think a goverment that discloses every intent is a fair and democratic one. A goverment that keeps its motives a secret from its people is an evil one. Let the documents free! Let the world know what evil plans America has.

Actually...and I am not sure how much of what you said is in sarcasm, but I willing to bet that much, if not all of what you had mentioned has quite a bit of truth to it. Oboooma has had one too many intimate (secret) meetings with the Clinton bunch...and I think a majority of us knows where their ties lead too.

Basically with the amount of diabolic crap I have now seen play out thus far...I don't discount much as to what these rat bastages are capable of and could be pulling on us anymore.
