People in Gaza have access to the internet? I would have never guessed Israel would allow it.

Internet access is hit and miss there..also heavily censored ..

I'm still betting they blow it up within sight of Gaza to make a statement. This is Israel after all.

Apparently massive protests in front of Israeli embassy in Ireland.

Do you thin kthey are just waiting till the ship gets into Israeli waters for them to board it? And is there any ships that accompanied the Irish boat?

While the closer they get, the more I feel that they will be allowed to dock, I do think that whatever Israel has planned will take place when attempting to leave. They may allow the delivery of supplies to "atone" for everything that happened this past week, but will still need to make a show of force (i.e. boarding, detaining, arresting on departure).

I was under the impression that Turkey would escort Turkish ships only.

Israel Radio reporting a different story -

Israeli radio is reporting that Israeli navy ships have stopped and boarded the Rachel Corrie, the Irish ship seeking to run the Gaza blockade

Unconfirmed reports had it heading towards the port of Ashdod in Israel

And I guess more importantly, why wouldn't some country step up and escort, if they're not being assisted?

Isreali soldiers boarded the ‘Rachel Corrie’ Gaza aid boat today and arrested the leftist and Islamist passengers.

At about 5:50 am on Saturday, the first reports came in over Twitter that the ‘Rachel Corrie’ had been boarded close to Gaza. Earlier the activists reported that their radar had been jammed, however their Twitter accounts continued to operate

The activists reported that three boats were following them for about twenty minutes and then that they had been boarded

The passengers are said to be under arrest

Not sure about the source.

I believe they wrote that when the first 'tweet's came out saying that it was boarded, which seems to be false as of now.

There's seems to be a decreasing flow of info from the sources we're following. The majority of which are saying the boat is 15-25 miles off Gaza and the Israelis haven't raided yet.
