He was found guilty in a court of law and executed. Unfortunately, evidence came to light 50 years after his execution that proved his innocence. The court was WRONG in their findings. Too late for this poor man though.

My wife said that this guy that drove around with no pants on, in her hometown; that he would try to get the local girls to go to his house for "ice cream".

He would drive with no pants on.

And he made the offer to little girls.

It is old school because this happened in PA during between 1988-1994.

They told on him and he got into trouble with the law. But they let him go eventually with like probation or something.

That gold double heart pendant is a common jewelry design. Even the triangle design is used in modern jewelry. The butterfly made of hearts I have seen before but don't remember if it was on a note card or what. It is a lovely design. I don't see where these would identify a pedophile. I wish it were that easy. Pedophiles are sick people who destroy lives.

Exactly, and the worst part is this type of random crap leading to witch hunt style attacks on Pedos is outrageous. Now I'm not defending a pedophile in the slightest, but I will say who in the world is to blame for this type of occurrence but ourselves through the proliferation of pornographic material where women have shaved a vagina. This exact overexposure to pornographic material leads people to develop an underlying fetish for the shave, in which case the tightest, and most shaved, would be that of an underage female.

Sorry if this was a little graphic but to illustrate my point clearly I feel it's somewhat necessary, I don't have the links to any psychological studies to back this up but someone told me they studied this in their feminism class so if you really look perhaps you'll find something.

I am pretty sure I brought my mother one of these on a chain as a cheep birthday or mothers day gift when I was a kid, I've seen plenty of girls wear similar - yep just a quick look at the Argos site (catalogue shop for those not familiar) had this on the offers page, there must be many more like it.

Twisted really, will be keeping an eye out.

Just have to say, I've also seen this pendant at the jewelers and in catalogs and on many young girls and older ladies. Heck had my wife not stopped me I was about to buy one each at Christmas for my two daughters. This one is way to common to be useful in Identifying Pedo people at a glance.

Mate, I can tell you now, as a FACT, that I would prefer to sleep with a woman OF LEGAL age, that has shaved down there, compared to one that hasn't, and I can also tell you, there is no effing way I am a paedo.

Quite the opposite actually. Considering the missus was abused as a child, there have been times where I have told her mother that if her current husband (the abuser and step-father) that if he comes within 100km, well, he won't be walking ever again.

And that's the reason why her sister doesn't particularly want me at her wedding, because she is worried about what I might say and/or do. Have basically told her that I won't go near him, and won't cause any problems. And to tell him not to come anywhere near us, because as soon as he does, there could possibly be trouble. Needless to say, some of her family aren't my biggest fans, but # that, when you are dealing with a convicted Paedophile, I would rather everyone hate me and have my fiancee and kids protected, than have everyone love me and put them at risk.

Just because people have the preference of "shaved" dude, don't make em a Paedophile. Even thinking about # like that makes me physically ill...............

My friend, every single human being is different, and for you to attack my sociological standpoint without thinking of that fact before saying, "OMG IM NOT LIKE THAT SO NO ONE CAN BE" is ridiculous. There are root causes to all intrinsic human behavior whether that be environment and genetics or not. Those things taken into consideration dominate who you become.

So before you say, Oh I watch tons of porn and I'd rather be with a legal woman, take the time to think about the lifestyles or situations people who become pedophiles grow up in, or how they think, etc. This isn't a small problem anymore and the next step is determining why this is happening in our society.

Thanks, I do not usually expect people to agree with me and that is kinda why ATS intrigues me so. This all just reminded me so much of the BS '80s Satanic scare perpetrated mostly by Geraldo Mustache Rivera.

I am all for protecting children but I feel the same now as I did then. If we assume every person on the planet is out to get them and we blindly follow fake tips of what to be really worried about, we are so busy protecting our kids from crap that dont stink to really notice when real trouble comes their way as well as sheltering them too much just makes them incapable of ever fending for themselves. I want to be protective but I would also like to know that if something happened to me or they grew up, they could think for themselves a little bit.

Imagine the irony of having your kid raped by the nice priest you trust because you were watching the neighbors who have the heart in a heart on a bumper sticker (looks a lot like a heart health awareness sticker im trying to find a pic of) on the back of their car. Stuff like this just really makes me wonder what some people are really thinking when they spread it.
