Wednesday, March 31, 2010 Capitol locked down in wake of threats

State workers and visitors to the Nevada Capitol were surprised Wednesday morning to find all but the front door locked and metal detectors for both packages and people set up at the entrance.

The Capitol was locked down late Tuesday after the FBI advised the governors of all 50 states they would be receiving letters from an extremist group demanding their resignations.

The letters advises those governors that, if they don't resign, members of the group will come and “commandeer” their offices. It was received by the Capitol Police at noon Monday and immediately turned over to FBI investigators.

The letters are apparently from an organization allied with Sovereign Citizens, which the Anti-Defamation League identifies as a collection of anti-government groups advocating an anarchist ideology. Its followers believe every level of government in the United States is illegitimate and should be eliminated. One of the ideology's adherents was Terry Nichols, accomplice of Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh.

The Department of Public Safety could not be reached for comment on the situation....

Yes on the call tonight Tim laughed at that, that article is quite blasphemous compared to what is actually being attempted.

The misinformation and slander campaign is now beginning. That article shows how reactionary the status quo are when they simply don't understand the truth and real intent. There was no need for 'lockdown' as there was no threat, only demands. In the coming weeks we should see the slander campaign continue and perhaps step up a notch or two. And you can bet that some of the actions taken against real patriots have been a preemptive approach by the Corporate US to condition the unaware people for negative bias against the real truth seekers.

Have you realized that there are people trying to restore the republic so that your children might have a future free from enslavement to corporations which have been in control for some time?

Well, I guess at least to that extent, that the letters were delivered to all they said would get them, this story has merit. Looks like the lady in the OP video wasn't that crazy after all. And it also looks like there are quite a few posters in this thread who are eating crow right about now. I never really committed either way- so I don't care- just wanted to vet this. And wow, what a great job ATSers have done to help with this!

In fact, I wonder if this should be moved out of Skunk Works now. Hmm. The purpose was to see if it was true. And it most definitely is. I wonder if the Political Ideology forum would be a good place. Because if you put it in the Political Madness forum at this point, it would show site bias against the principles of what they are espousing.

But right, who cares. I don't. Just leave it here or w/e.

Maybe I was wrong to jump saying its a hoax, I should say its just crap.....they are now a Milita Terrorist group as I read in an article. They are just gonna land themselves in jail. I dont see any other way around it.

The Hoax part is that the military is involved that I dont believe. Now its time to just wait it out and see. What they propose sounds good and sounds bad. I dont think I would be liking that they are "trying" to do.

No No No, maybe i either mis-wrote it or you mis-read it. I never said I agree that they are a terrorist group, its what MSM and government have turned this into. Any person or any group that is against the Obama Government is now considered "racist, terrorist milita". Not saying I agree with the government or what they are calling people, its just what it is now.

I said they will end up in jail, because of this and what the government calls them.

The reaction from Nevada is pretty much what I expected. except it is probably just the tip of the iceburg. The fact that they mailed them instead of having military escort tells me they don;t have the military support they claimed. I suspect this media misinformation campaign will escalate.

I hope I am wrong cause I have friends who signed onto this against my advice and may be targeted. Their is CIA embedded in every state government and they are the shadow government they will not just roll over for this. Without military support theses folks just put their asses in a sling IMO.

Well, an officer just submitted that he will not go to Afghanistan due to Obama's possible ineligibility. Also, how do we know it was just the one state?

They may have all gotten it, they are just not going to let it out.

I had a good feeling about this.

I have been researching this this topic for years.

Can I debunk for certain? No BUT! I have reviewed Tim Turner clips and find him to be a bit genuine. What I understand of how it will be done is actually under the radar and purposefully so. This is to minimize chaos and get this done quietly just like in 1933 when things changed nobody protested and the violence was minimal. It needs to be true because...... Global Economic Genocide is right around the corner if not WW3. And reading the parts that the military is very involved in the planning which they know that world war 3 would sink even them does help to hope for these type of changes. Would most of you agree this paradigm shift has gone on long enough? The shift does require a climax! Could this be it? We have been controlled by a corporation for so long we have lost sight of the importance of ACTUALLY being a sovereign nation. The $47 trillion LIEN is no joke! It must be satisfied to regain our sovereignty. A second declaration of independence without a shot fired would be quite a chore but the plan is peaceful. A brilliant soft coup plan to say the least.

It's cool man, but now we have another mission. Find out why there is not a single mention of this on any FBI site anywhere...I'd say it's probably to give this as little public attention as is humanly possible.

But also to search around and see if any other cities did this lock down. If they did, there is not much mention of it anywhere that I can see. Oh, wait a sec... Makes me wonder if all that increased security in NYC mighta had something to do with this. I know they said cause of the Moscow bombings, but hey, this is Skunk Works- we get to propose outrageous theories.

This has to be gotten out there to show it is not a hoax and it is not a violent revolution. This is a velvet revolution that everyone wants and needs.

Damn, when I first was researching this, it was like reading my own thoughts and my own dreams.

the enforcement of civil law on a poulation is unlawful as nobody signs for themselfs in birth registration. (your parents do it for you) and therefore your contract with the govenment under civil law. this is invalid because you never signed your personage over to them at birth
a contract MUST BE SIGNED by both parties to that contract

under common law they do not own you in a statue enforcement level and this means they cannot force you to pay them for infringement agaist acts and statuates because in common law only injery loss and death are prosacutable in a jury de jor by peers not civil courts

I believe this very same thing was done in 1933
after the depression. May want to look it up
and do some research of what they did back then
and then improve on that model. The Pres back then
built a lot of infrastructure in America to employ millions.
