A question or 2 to the supporters of such an action....

1. What magic wand do they hold to suddenly lose your deficit, once the Republicans got into office? Recession started in 2007. The newly sworn in Democratic President started his tenure in 2008 and inherited the current issues of government from the 2 consecutive Republican Terms of mis-spending and warmongering.
2. Would you want a leader that answers to a Constitutionaly elected house of representatives voted for by the people OR a group of self appointed militia and military personnel.
I know what I'd choose.... just seems an extreme reaction to a Recession that everyone is suffering from all over the world. Here in the UK we have a Deficit but I will keep working away for my elected government to pull ourselves out of the hole, not dig us deeper with civil upheavel.
Imagine what the dollar would be worth after such activity. I think it would be a bad move for all United States citizens.
Sounds familiar to me .......

Where did the Republicans and the Democrats enter into this discussion? Oh, you just brought it up. Too bad it has nothing to do with the OP.

No one even bother to address it.

Finally found out Dr. Sam Kennedy's real name!

It is .... (Drum roll, please)

Richard Glenn Unger DDS.

According to this blog:
Loveforlife.com
(scroll about 1/4 the way down)

18th September 2008 2.17am From Anonymous
He threatens people quite a bit.
Dr. Sam Kennedy is the alias of Richard Glenn Unger.
I spent time around Chatham, NY where he had to pay someone to take his dental practice.

And, from the same blog:

Dr. Sam Kennedy's Identity Is Actually Glenn R. Unger, DDS

I believe Dr. Sam Kennedy is actually Glenn R. Unger, DDS.
If so he was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.
Dental school SUNY Buffalo graduation around 1976.
Orthodontic residency SUNY Buffalo graduation date around 1978.
I saw him tonight (Oct 3, 2009) at River Lanes in Waddington, NY. He was driving a Hummer with the license plant GRU MD. This is the same license plate he had in 1990-1992 on a red Mazda Miata with a blue racing stripe when I last saw him. I did an internet search after seeing him and found your web site. I believe he may live in or around Lisbon, NY. Hopefully this information has been helpful to you.

Second source (cited as a independent verification, if you need that sort of thing)

www.truthnews.us

Wherein; a poster named: william mcdermott wrote on March 14th, 2010 the following:

I personally know someone who has had unpleasant business dealings with sam kennedy aka glenn r unger dds. any information regarding upcoming location of lecture/course or where he could be found -would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Seems williams friend wants a little face time Dr. Sam Kennedy/Glen Unger!

Us Paisanos -(or Italians for those living under a rock) have a more direct term for it. We call it -

"Break-a-You-a-Face-aTime"

Or, maybe they just want to teach him their own type of technique for pulling teeth?

You have brought some good points to this thread, thanks for your input.

In some of the earlier calls it was 'hinted' that a real military detachment would be accompanying the delivery to each Governor. This is the only thing in my mind that would have added validity to the process. They claimed that military brass instructed them on certain verbiage to include in the declaration to allow the military to adapt it and proceed. Now I am hearing that they have simply been mailed in? That is quite the difference. First we are led to believe that the actual military would be assisting, and now I picture a UPS truck pulling up and handing a package to the mail room...

And you brought out the points that the 'military' they are talking about might be nothing more than signers that were duped into it? Talk about a double standard: These Secured Party Creditors are all about ending unilateral contracts, and your analysis makes it sound like that is exactly the type of contract they created and implemented.

So there is a lot of information and no way to verify any of it.

Thanks.

Please understand that I was only speculating and this is a conspiracy site where it is common to speculate on matters like these. I have no way to know if the 'military' they are referring to are the signers or not. I just thought they might be being slippery in their wording. It seems more plausible to me than for top-ranking U.S. military and the Supreme Court to come to these guys out of the blue like they suggested. I have no legal experience or anything like that. I'm just interested in this mainly out of curiosity since I first heard about it.

Just like Sam Kennedy says in his letters, I'll say it in mine. FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY - NOT LEGAL ADVICE.

Um it might help to actually read some of the thread first before commenting that way you might actually know what the topic is about. And here is a hint; it's not about republicans or seceding. I also might do you well to study some history about the beginning of our nation since you seem to be lacking there also

HOAX

Where exactly did you find this information?

I've looked all over the website you've claimed makes comments on "Dejour Appointees" but have failed to locate anything related to this topic at all.

You've made it seem that this link makes this statement when in fact it is nowhere to be found on the website. where exactly did you get that quote from?

Not from the Provost CID Website, that's for sure...

His links show, fairly plainly, that the person who would make "De jour Appointees" has not done so, meaning nothing in that "press release" in the OP's youtube video is accurate.

SENATOR ARLEN SPECTER INVOKES MISPRISION OF FELONY
worldreports.org

worldreports.org archive

~snip~

• Note: Suggestions by fantasists on other websites that an imminent 'return' to the Constitution across the board is in the pipeline and that most State Governors have agreed to this, is baloney. The behaviour of Governor Edward G. Rendell of Pennsylvania, addressed in this report, indicates that he continues to operate without regard for the Rule of Law as he is implicated in the attempt, with Salvatore R. DeFrancesco, to embezzle the funds payable to Pennsylvania Investments, Inc. The fantasists have again revealed that they operate on the basis of 'feelings' and unwarranted assumptions based on flimsy foundations and unscientific, illogical deductions. Unprovenanced, garbled meanderings are no basis for the sweeping deductions these people specialise in, and they do a disserve to bewildered Americans who don't know where to turn for sound information.

• Update to this note: There appears to be confusion in some minds between (a) the necessity for funds to be collected so that grossly overdue obligations can be met and (b) the sudden waving of a magic wand whereby the Constitution descends from the sky like a Deus ex Machina to shower blessings on disillusioned Americans while shovelling all their woes into the trash. The position is that (a) is taking place: which is why the most high-powered American delegation in living memory descended on Mexico on 23rd March 2010 to pay a visit to President Felipe Calderon.

The delegatation, led by the Secretary of State, Mrs Hillary Clinton, included:
• The Defense Secretary, Robert Gates;
• The Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano;
• The Director of National Intelligence, Dennis Blair; and:
• The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Michael Mullen [ONI].

Conspicuous by his absence was the US Attorney General, Eric Holder: which tells you that the meeting was not about how to tackle Mexico's drug problem. Meanwhile Barack Obama surfaced in Afghanistan. One does not need a first class degree In logic to deduce what has been going on.

This has nothing to do with (b), which is a separate matter and may or may not follow through. The behaviour of Pennsylvania Governor Rendell described in this and recent reports in this series confirms that, contrary to baseless speculation, there is no change of criminal behaviour, which in turn indicates that the miraculous 'Return to the Constitution' is NOT happening (as yet), for the simple reason that in order to comply with the Constitution it is necessary to comply with the Rule of Law, which Rendell (in the pertinent case cited) is NOT doing.

That is ALL we said, and the deduction that we have 'missed what is happening' accompanied by the usual gratuitous, self-satisfied rudeness about 1776 is both uncalled for and the precise opposite of the truth if what we have been saying is understood.

So...according to this ~report~ there is some knowledge of this ~operation~ somewhere out ~there~...Hmmm...

I understand your point of view because their are some odious religionists out there who would love a theocracy.

However, there are some religious leaders in the States who have been excellent such as the Revd Dr Martin Luther King. I am not as familiar with this category of leader in the States today, but one name comes to mind Sr. Joan Chittister, o.s.b. who would be an excellent leader in the political realm and to an extent she is already. I post this by way of encouraging USAmericans not to throw out the baby with the bath water and to consider that there are better models of governance than the current interpretation of the US Constitution drawn from a mere letter President Jefferson wrote to Virginia Baptists about their concern that Anglicans were to become the State Church as in England. Rather than a wall of separation -- which is not a constitutional concept but rather one personal to Jefferson -- a partnership of government and other charities including religious charities is far more stimulating for a nation and a culture than government growing to encompass everything (such as a National Socialist model or the current plan of Mr. Obama).

can't u folks see what is going on here????

this is a disinfo mission by the gov.
it's propaganda lies to make the dissent
feel like something BIG is happening
to support their cause. THIS IS A HOAX!!!
It is a diversion tactic by BIG BROTHER
to occupy our minds to keep us from rebellion
and civil war.

Then they send some spooks on here
to hype it up and dangle the carrot
in front of our faces to give us hope.
And some of u people are actually eating it.
Good luck, there is no anti-dote for
the poison u r ingesting.

I'm done with this thread and a bit wiser
of BIG BROTHER'S tactics.

Long live the Republic

john f kenedy may he rest in peace enacted a peoples currency just before he died this currency backed by a tangable asset class silver is positive value money and no interest has to be paid aginst its issiue that is why he died money that incures no interest if its not representing debt so easy fix replace the green back with jfks red back

WHEN A NATIONS MONEY SUPPLY WORKS FOR the people you can loan money out at nearly no interest because it represents value not debt and your not creating and destroying debt with interest to pay on top just passing wealth from person to person in a flow more people get to use the money instead of the value going to the banks to destroy and receive interest as well

TWO LAWS
1. only we the people can have notes created for our use first not the banks
2. only we the people can make laws elected officials do it on our behalf as an official of the people exercising our power
ALL THE POWER RESIDES IN US THE PEOPLE AND WE ARE LETTING OTHERS EXERCISE OUR POWER FOR US

LEARN THE LAWS

You're never going to rebel and you're never going to have the civil war you talk of whilst you as the rest are all just nothing more than text on a soon to be redundant ATS board.

I wish ATS would create an entirely different site/section for anything related to American Politics. You guys have got passion, but damn you'll never lead happy lives like 90% of the developed globe (which includes 90% of Americans.)

Bro, if u think 90% of Americans are happy
then u have the most convoluted, warped
sense of perception I have ever seen.

I am not gonna get into a pissing contest here
but please do let me say this:

For every 1 person on here who feels this passion,
there are hundreds that you do not see.

Let me tell what I saw this week.

I drove to town and I saw 6 people (whom u would prolly call
rednecks) lined up in the parking lot of the grocery store.
They had their double gun racks in their rear views while
they were all huddled in a group talking about this very
same thing I mention.

I drove to the school house and I see 5 teachers expressing
the same views and their support for revolution.

I see 4 at the Barber Shop lending their support.

I drove to the Post Office and see 4 more talking about it
on US Gov Property saying the very same thing.

I drove to church and see 12 more on the steps saying
the very same thing.

I drove to mom and dad's house and hear the very same thing.

Now u might get away with feeding ur BS to others
but it isn't working on me.

That's just the ones I saw, not counting the ones
I didn't see.

The voice is universal and it is unified. It may not start tomorrow
but it is NOT far off. People will not stand for oppression
and when u force it down their throats, most times what comes
back at ya ain't pretty. All it needs is just another spark or
2 and it's a done deal. Count on it

The way that the media makes fun of people who think for themselves has made most people who do, afraid to talk about these subjects in mixed company. We wait until we are around others who seem to be paying attention, and we carefully broach the subject, waiting to see how much the other person knows, to see if the other person acts uncomfortable, or if they are interested. At the first sign that someone seems uneasy or seems to think they already know everything, or that only the media has the answers, we change the subject or get quiet.

You can never know who may agree with us "wackos" or not, because most of us know to keep it to ourselves.
