and inquired about this matter.

lol

Best to get it from the horses mouth.
I got an instant reply back that it will
be routed to a staff worker for processing.
So I wait !!!! I'll let you know what the governor
tells me ..... well maybe not if they come pick me
up as part of this treason.

Anyway, if u dont hear from me again
then it was a pleasure being here

Great, I'm sure nothing will happen to you simply for making an inquiry. Let us know if you hear anything.

On another note, which state governor does everyone think will want to be the first to make their public oath to the new Republic? lol. It makes me laugh to think about it.

Ok I have refrained from commenting on this thread as I have mixed feelings. I have first hand knowledge of this effort and have read the declaration and was asked to sign on. I Did not sign because I feel that while well intentioned it is not lawful and may cause a civil war.

Okay Houdini (AKA) hawkiye ...
How the hell did you sneak this post www.abovetopsecret.com onto the 5th page?
Smoke and mirrors, huh. With chicks in bikinis for added distraction.

Okay then. I humbly retract outcome #1 from my previous post (Seeing as how it has just been proven to me that it is wrong)
But you are in fear that #3 may well be the result of this, huh? (#3 is: they go for it and get arrested for their trouble)

So, under this premise the ... government has really become a business, and therefore no longer a governing body by definition, so says the Supreme Court.
And, if all these little ducks are in their row, and the military agrees that they are under obligation to keep the peace, not keep the corporation in power ... This could work?
D-A-Y-U-M!!
Hey, wait a minute ...
It's been since early Monday morning they started, right?
Wouldn't you think that TPTB would have crushed this movement per celeritas - with a swiftness? And bragged about it?
May be a sign that it is not immediately in danger of falling apart.

I am crying I am laughing so hard, you get a star for this post.
This idea, well a similar one, has been tried before one hundred and forty years ago. It was referred to as the American Civil War. It didn't turn out so well for the Confederates lol. Good thing this is some folks dream and not reality.

I think you are confused, this is not secession it is restoration of lawful government. However having said that I would not be surprised if it turns into a civil war once the socialist realize they can't steal from the producers anymore under color of law.

By the way the civil war was unlawful also as Lincoln had no authority to wage war on the south.

True or not if you reduce this to its lowest common denominater and put all the bull and speculation aside(its going to start flying big time now)then think in common sense and reason about whats in your face.

The president of this United States makes a comment to republicans"bring it on" to repealing health care, what the hell kind of prez makes a statement like that?one that has an agenda and cares nothing about consequences of his actions and damn sure nothing about what people think about him.

Lastly the people behind Obama and Soros did not spend Trillions of dollars over the past 75 years to let it go in November back to the republicans or indipendants.

Is something going to happen?I think so.Everything that this clown has done so far has harmed this country in one way or the other and benifitted the deadbeats ,thats Socialism in the guize of Change.

Are there nutjobs out there that will take advantage of this total unrest that I think has been brought about deliberatly, you bet.The sad thing is TPTB will use this stuff to make anybody that rebels agenst Socialism look just like the nutjobs. At this point anonymity is best way to go.

I think Obama said 'Bring it on' because he knows he has the majority and the law on his side. The attempts to repeal are going to fail. Also he knows the republicans did everything they could to obstruct this and failed and so saying 'Bring it on' is his way of flipping off his enemies.

what gets me is this

Is something going to happen?I think so.Everything that this clown has done so far has harmed this country in one way or the other and benifitted the deadbeats ,thats Socialism in the guize of Change.

I mean really? Are you serious? Read this
What Obama has done so far

How is Obama a clown? He is a serious, well spoken, intelligent politician. Obviously not a clown.

lets get a good definition of a socialist view from wikipedia

Socialists generally share the view that capitalism unfairly concentrates power and wealth among a small segment of society that controls capital and derives its wealth through a system of exploitation. This in turn creates an unequal society, that fails to provide equal opportunities for everyone to maximise their potential,[6] and does not utilise technology and resources to their maximum potential nor in the interests of the public

this comes from here.

In 2004, the wealthiest 25% of US households owned 87% ($43.6 trillion) of the country’s wealth, while the bottom quartile held no net wealth at all.[3] The middle 50% of the country held 13% or $6.5 trillion of the total household net wealth.[3] The previous data are taken from analysis of the Survey of Consumer Finances (SCF) which over samples wealthy households. This over sampling more accurately represents the true wealth distribution [since most of the wealth is concentrated at the top]. This data shows that the top 25% of American society holds on average a net wealth of $1,556,801 which is 33 times more than those of the lower middle class, or the 25th-50th percentile.[3] In addition to unequal wealth distribution, it is also difficult for individuals in the lower income distributions to gain economic mobility which inhibits their ability to accumulate wealth.[7] In 2006, children in the lowest 20% of the income distribution only had a 17% chance of making it to the upper 40% of the income distribution.[7] In 2004, children in the lowest 20% of the wealth distribution had only a 7% chance to make it to the top wealth distribution.[7] In other words, wealthy parents tend to produce wealthy children, and poor parents tend to produce poor children. The Panel Study of Income Dynamics shows how stratification is becoming worse and worse since 1984. The lowest percentile has become worse, and the highest percentile has become wealthier. The fifth percentile has dropped further into negative net worth, while the 90th percentile has gained over four hundred points within the last twenty one years.[

So if Obama believes in the socialist view that capitalism unfairly concentrates power and wealth among a small segment of society that controls capital and derives its wealth through a system of exploitation, it's only because its TRUE!

Hehe. You're funny, Bro.
Hey, whats the point to any of it if we can have fun doing it.
Gotta love Jon Voight. Great actor.
Looked like they bus-loaded some seniors to the Capitol for a day trip.
And depends for the bus ride.
Course, that depends on how long they had to travel to get there, doesn't it?

That's way we're changing the courts to common law courts. This move is constitutionally sound and it puts the proceedings back in the hands of people with some integrity.

Just a note to the "God Squad" alarm raisers on this thread:

Christians founded this country, much to your dismay. And it may well take Christians to save it again from the grubby hands of greed and evil. Because the rest of you don't seem to be doing jack do do towards that end.

And if that's what it takes to restore America to some semblance of a workable solution for the PEOPLE, then I'm all for it. Because the bottom line is I'd rather live under the hand of God than the hand of the devil, which is what we are under now. Some of the most kind, compassionate people I know are Christians.

The Restore America Plan (TRAP) is being brought to the table by Christians, of that there is no doubt. But that's better than the Destroy America Plan (DAP), which we have had in effect for quite some time. And the DAP has been working quite nicely- just take a look around.

There is nothing radically wrong, or radically bible thumping, with TRAP. They aren't calling for another inquisition or anything of the sort. The steps they are taking in this initiative make 100% sense to me, given the dire circumstances this country is in right now.

I just registered ATS to make a post about this T.R.A.P. thing, because to me it looks potentially serious and I want to add my 0.02$ to it.
I think that the whole thing is a BS, because there are 1. clearly undelying religious motivations behind - which I find very unfortunate, because the case is not about religious but civil questions and 2. the overthrowing U.S. govt. is in my opinion illegal the proposed way, even to conspire to. I suppose only thing which it can possibly trigger is a civil war - which only who can profit from are the guys above, not the people. What I think is only legal way to remove U.S. govt. or to nullify its debts is the use of Amendment 14 sec. 3 and sec. 4 - which is the real trap against the enemies of the U.S. Constitution instituted after the civil war. No common law instruments can legally overthrow the U.S. govt. or nullify the debts.
Just my opinion.

If this Restore America Act goes through
that means our laws will be like they were
in 1787. That means no Social Security
for those hard working Americans who contributed
to this plan all their life. It's ALL gone in a flash.
My parents totally depend on SS to survive.
When it is gone I have no idea what they will do
or how they will act. Social Security Act didnt
get passed til 1935 and amended later.
This isn't just pertinent to their lives but
millions of elderly in the US. Not even counting
the 30 years that I have contributed to
SS and Medicare. The safety net of the country will
be gone. I feel like crying now. This is a death warrant
for the elderly.

To be honest, I am not sure whether TRAP dissolves SS, and actually I think this was addressed through a "special fund." I think that is one of the tough questions still to be asked. But regardless, just this year there are reports that SS paid out more than it took in, not to mention other attempts by the grubbies to take it through indirect means. So it may be a moot point anyway.

And given the rest of the considerations of this plan, I highly doubt they are going to leave the elderly and other people who depend on SS out in the cold. And especially not when most of the people involved in this are either seniors or very close to being seniors themselves.
