2012 Writing Contest (SXWC) [Winners Announced]

Hey, my story is not coming up in the short story board. I don't know what I did wrong. From everything I can tell, I put it under that forum.

Could somebody let me know, what I could have done wrong?

And if in fact it is not where it is suppose to be, could a mod move it?


OOOPs nevermind, I found it, I kept looking under the list, compared the the first half of the board, which is where it shows up.

It's in with the rest of the submissions now, QA. It just needed 'topping'.

There ARE a lot of good writers on ATS, aren't there? Must come with the territory, because everything we do in on this website, besides just reading, is write.

14 stories so far and we're not even half way through the contest. This is turning out to be an awesome competition.

As a mod I have to read each of the stories to make sure they're within the T&C's of the board and I'd just like to say, I am seriously impressed with the level of talent that is being shown.

So all I need to do is post it in this forum with the (SXWC) tag? In that case, I've got something I'll submit. I don't think it breaches T&Cs.

I have added more on to mine, has a different additional ending, than before.

W00t, first contest I've entered here
With Crossroads, hopefully this will be well liked.
Have enjoyed a brief browse of some of the other entries, really good work people .

The quality of the writers has blown me away! I thought my story was great, but reading everyone else's, I am definitely going to be cheering for whoever wins!

I'm proud of this forum right now. We have some serious contributions going on but only three are going to actually take the top spots. Hopefully there will be some honorable mentions.

I'm also glad I'm not eligible, I would have gotten my butt kicked.

We're only half way in, we still have two weeks of the contest to go. I look forward to whom ever else may take the plunge.

I've never really considered myself a writer before, but that was alot of fun! Maybe next time I will try to spend more time on a story and really get into it. Good luck all!

We're counting down the days my friends, there's still time to write a story and join in the fun.

I read all the stories here, some after I wrote Anna and I noticed the member Seany has written about an Orange sky just like me!!!!

In a way I think that all of our stories can be one story.

It may sound strange but this is what I call FUN

Perhaps all our stories are one story. You have an excellent thought going there. You might want to write about it.

I consider the creative writing forums fun as well. It's my favorite part of the board.

Every where else on ATS we discuss ideas and conspiracies, Here we explore each others soul.
