Pulled this from the campaign for liberty website.

RP is right. BL is probably laughing his ass of right now. "Look at the idiotic American leaders spending their country into the ground!" Cripes!

Who says that you needs weapons and war to destroy a country?

Our politicians are doing it with the strokes of their pens!

825 billion dollar bill full of PORK. 700 billion already given.

I heard today another 2-3 TRILLION possibly for "infrastructure" may be in the works.

We'll just throw that on our tab of the already 53 trillion deficit that is staring us in the face.

Sometimes i think they are actually TRYING to make things worse because it makes no sense what they are doing.

CUT SPENDING....WE ARE BEING LED AS A COUNTRY BY A BUNCH OF CLOWNS!!!

This is much more believable than anything else the msm spits at us
that would be a great military tactic

Let your enemy kill themselves

how can you even argue with that?

I'm laughing at the thought of a dead man laughing.

OBL is dead.

Ron Paul shouldn't even mention his name.

I'll tell you who's laughing at us... Israel.

And what's even crazier is that now we are going to step up efforts in afghanistan.

It's all the same. I'm watching television right now and a politician is trying to say that a "1.5 million water park in Miami" is good for the country.

Sometimes i just can't believe what i hear from these guys anymore. I shouldn't be surprised but it seems to get more outlandish every day.

The more I hear this great man speak the more I realize that he should be in the White House right now instead of that criminal that is there right now.

I know this will sound a little too cryptic, but he may have this opportunity sooner than you'd think.....

Yes, that does sound cryptic. Care to elaborate?

Wouldn't it be sweet if RP actually were appointed to a cabinet-level position? Sure would make for some interesting press conferences.

When I went to vote, I filled in his name, not that my vote ever counted..

Sure....the present political and financial system of the western world is failing, and for good reasons...before the bottom falls completely out, the "people" in certain countries (and in certain areas of America) will have had enough and overthrow the present power structure....It is my desire that this happen relatively peacefully, but that is starting to look like a pipe dream...at any rate, the people in these "areas" will be on the lookout for leaders of like mind...

Ron Paul says Osama is laughing at us?

That's funny because most of us are laughing at Ron Paul.

It's amazing how this insane little man has fooled so many.

It's reverse psychology. (I'll explain it another day in a new thread)

If Ron Paul wanted to really get his message out he would have ran for president as an independent.

First of all, speak for yourself -- unless of course you actually have proof to back up your claim.

Second, instead of stating your opinion that he's "insane" -- how about telling us why you think he's insane? It's the least you do for all us fools, right?

I'm sure you also have a much better solution to this big mess -- would you like to share?

I really like this Ron Paul guy, but i donno, getting rid of income tax? getting away from fiat money?let the major finantial institutions fail?let a resection runs it's course?

isn't there a better way to fix the economy without such drastic changes? i mean, it's like choosing to get shot with a 9mm bullet to the head so that later we don't have to get shot by a .45 caliber.

i tell you man, it looks bad.

Either way you die, might as well go down in a blood splattered glory, also if you tend the 45 wound fast enough, you wont die from blood loss. I think Ron Paul is capable of tending such a wound economically with his leadership.

Drastic changes are coming regardless. IT all depends on how you like your Drastic change. Do you like your change with more or less government?

I like keeping my own money and spending it how i choose to and not having the government deciding for me.

But that opportunity is long gone.

Even if he were somehow elected it would take years and years to do all of those things. Really it would be impossible to do it all but i think he would send us in the right direction. I don't agree with everything the guy says either but I like what he stands for.

Just like that worked out for Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin. Yeah. Third parties may as well not exist here in America, only reason Paul got as much support as he did is because he ran as a republican and got out there before the media could black him out.
