I paid $3.99 for low octane 87 yesterday in Leesburg, Va.

Every dollar you pay in gas you make an Arab/his cronies/and certain people in this country that much richer. Another nail in the average American citizen's coffin for every dollar spent in gas. From jobs to infrastructure to rampant illegal immigration to gas, where does it end?

UK Midlands here just paid £1.39.9 a litre for diesel, you get around 3.8 litres to a US gallon. As a general rule of thumb we can convert £-$ by doubling the UK £. So thats around $2.80 a litre or around $12 a gallon. Now to me that is very expensive and just hope it does not get that bad over the pond. For people like me who work for themselves this is crippling, I spend more on diesel than materials for my work, its unreal.

Been using more fuel than I ever have.

Mr. Rabbit,

Funny, this fuel thing goes hand & hand with a drastic decline in LA "Boob Jobs."

For legions of gold-digging starlets, it seems just GETTING TO your bill paying Sugar Daddy is more of a priority than how you show up!

This economy's got men saying - "Excuse me Miss 30 years younger than me.... leave the credit card with the $20,000 limit on the table!"

I'm in hollywood/L.A. area and paid 4.65 per gallon yesterday. GUess I got lucky...ish.

But five dollars in some places out here wouldn't suprise me.

I was in england last month and with the conversion rate it was roughly 9.50 a gallon or so...painful.

Central Scotland ... £1.149 per litre unleaded ... rough calculation $8.70 per USG.

The price of petrol is now forcing changes to my lifestyle. The poor Volvo is now consigned to evening & weekends only. The daily commute is now on foot & by train ... it's only 7 miles as the crow flies but takes the best part of an hour each way, such is the state of Scottish public transport.

And end of the month I've got a £110 ($220) bill to pay to the government for 6 months Road Tax *sigh* anyone wanna buy a Volvo S80 ... one careful owner ?

$3.99 here in western Pennsylvania. It's been pretty steady around here, from $3.95 - $3.99 for the past few weeks. There is one station that is $4.19, but it's a little local station on the way to work that is always higher than anywhere else.

I don't know what Americans are complaining about.

In Australia it's $1.67 a Litre this morning. In Gallons that's $7.64 a Gallon! In USD that's $7.27 a Gallon! Quit complaining, you have it good!
