Riddle!

Ok, I'm going to post a riddle. Whoever guesses it right first gets to post the next riddle if they want. Or, if you don't want to guess, you can post a riddle anyway and we'll guess it. Here goes nothing...

Ill start off easy

How many times can you subtract the number 5 from 25? (and why?)

you can only subtract 5 from 25 once. then you have 20.

You have a head of lettuce, a rabbit, and a wolf on one side of a river. You need to get them to the other side using a boat. you can only carry one at a time, but you need to make sure they don't eat each other...how is this done?

I think you're missing some rules to this.

how many can you take at one time? one or two? clearly can't take three.

forgot to add my answer:

take the rabbit across. wolf won't eat lettuce. go back and grab the grab the lettuce. bring the lettuce across, bring back the rabbit. grab the wolf, drop it off with the lettuce. go back and get the rabbit and drop it off. three across nothing eaten.

then slaughter the rabbit and wolf and make a rabbit, wolf and lettuce stew

An infinite amount of times, provided the numerical equation matches...

25-5+5=25=25-5+5

The question above does not denote that the equation be satisfied by one mathematical operation.
