I might be new here, but Im not new to this kind of sites. I definately can tell you that I been lurking sites like this for a long time and this is the best as far as the way the discussions an ideas are debated and conducted. This why I choose to post here, not any other place.

But ever since this last rush of hoaxes has come, you can see the way ideas and arguments have taken a back seat to name calling, rudeness and the sort.

If people are leaving,I dont know, but if the quality and way the discussions are conducted in this site get down to the childish level of some other sites I will be the first to tell you that I'm out of here, and I dont think I will be the only one.

BTW I never said that people were in fact leaving, I was just theorizing about possible explanations for the recent surge on doomsday hoaxes and hoaxes in general in this site.

Yeah that happens sometimes... people are passionate about their ideas and get carried away especially in some threads and the 911 threads have had a warning posted...

But don't give up on us yet.. we usually get through these "love spats"... and if we don't there are some mods out there with hammers bigger than Thor's to tap us on the head to remind us

And that ignore button is very handy for those that just don't get it... has a real calming effect

although i believ there is intelligent life out there somewhere I dunno why people have this romantic fantasy about ET coming to save us from ourselves. The only people that are capable of doing so are humans. If we can't help us, then no one else can or should. Havent people been predicting this stuff for ages? I believe when I see. I dont think they would announce it. They would just do it.

i think if it was "THE FAKE ALIEN INVASION" than it would definetly be strewn about message boards like this and there would be a flurry of nonsense and story's ON MAINSTREAM tv. Here's why: to frame the way you interpret the actions u see.

this probably is just a silly hoax, but you must understand this fake invasion has been hinted at before and i think it may be a *wild card* the military has been holding in there pockets for some time*

the world and the united states (govt's and elite's) in paticular could use an event like this to stop the slide of the petro dollar, (the option to intimidate or bomb other country's into submission may be too risky or simply not enough to curb this sell off slide which more than iran have shown to embrace lately) especially the u.s, isreal, europe, as well as the additional opportunity's governments would have to implement various control measures in response to this threat.

HAVE NO DOUBT if a fake alien invasion is staged , there will be THOUSANDS of DEATHS before the military defeats the "alien invaders" the bigger the lie the more handicapped the individual is to disbelieve it.

man i would not be surprised if the space Nazi's were teaming up with the military to pull off this one

the one issue i would have is that i believe there are advanced beings that have provided technology to us , i have no idea if some view us as we view animals, or if some are service to self or both. but i would be skeptical if they were real, that they would let us demonize them in a scenario like this but who knows maybe they are fake, they don't care, or i am just plain off

Do people understand that the NSA is just an intelligence gathering organisation? So therefore an "agent" of the NSA would be like a computer technician or a encryption specialist ro something similar. If something like this were true it would be a CIA agent or another organisation not the NSA.

Have him ask Branton about this email.Branton might respond, and give more info, He is one of the major league legends in the world of Aliens/UFO right up there with Mr. Lear. I am almost sure he would have something to add to this ultra UFO madness.

We're doomed!! Ever since I saw those pics that were removed on NASA's website of those giant unknown spacecraft just hanging around in low Earth orbit I got reallly nervous. You know those pics i'm talking about -- giant metal girder ships of all shapes and sizes. Scary stuff.

I can admit that I believe in a lot strange ideas. But this is just terrible. In all of my readings of supposed confessions of the coming alien invasion, this has to be the most poorly conceived one I have ever read.

The key to a good hoax is the same key to any good lie. There has to be an element of truth to it in order to crate the shadow of doubt. ( I hope that makes sense. )

Now that's an idea. There should be a contest to see what is the number one lame hoax out there is.

I agreee. This is complete BS, plus like another poster said sometimes you can shoot down the credibility of an article if there are grammatical errors. Tighten up on the story if you want folks to believe it LOL.

Hmmm...Is it any wonder that the fastest growing economies in the world are India and China? And probably advanced secret weapons in the pipeline to boot? Has this been made possible with a little 'help' from our 'friends'!

And then there are rumors that there are secret bases in the Himalayas bordering India and China. So if you add all this up, we've got company. But the point is that if this is the case then the (Good?) ETs are already here. So what's the issue then about them good ETs coming in mile-long space ships in the near future?

All said and done, I think all this is nonsense in the extreme!
