In hopes of having better luck with the machine (the $1,000,000 fine and the DOD summons have taken their toll) I put in a new coin and bill accepter and give the machine a nice wax job. Fingers crossed

And the good ol boy system works its magic and your 1,000,000 fine gets transfered to the DOD and the DOD Nukes the EPA!
