Cold War= 1945-1947 beginning. Around the time of Roswell.

no Project (subsection) = Well HUNT said many moons ago to stick to the current line of questions, so we have the Aviary, Project SIGN --> Grudge ---> Blue Book
J Allen Hyneck was a reviewer for these projects and worked on many of the cases discussed thus far.

no Soviets (formerly Russians) (not original intent) = Implies that a project was created to study either A) the alien/UFO phenomena and was adapted to spy on Russians (IE High Dive, Mogul, etc.) or B) Was created to monitor the Russians and turned out to find evidence for aliens/UFOs.

but Little (Little Deliverer) = I still have no clue. The Enola Gay which dropped little boy on Japan is an obvious answer but how does that fit. The we have Dr, Doolittle, and Chicken Little in the Aviary.

Deliverer - as in one who carries a message. Extraterrestrial contact at the beginning of the cold war perhaps?

Little deliver could very well be the word 'Saucer' as in cup and saucer. The Saucer delivers the cup does it not?
