I'm no Gazrok, but I thought I knew most of the domestic cases, and still drawing a blank.

Only one I haven't checked into , at this point , is the one with the family that supposedly were attacked by silver creatures with pointed ears.

mainly because it's a later incident, than the timeframe we're looking at.

Guess I'll go check into that.

There's the story of the family taunted by the little green men with pointy ears that blew holes in the walls of their shack with shotguns trying to keep them away.

Man, I just don't know Just when I'm sure I have it, everything comes up nill. There are so many combinations of answers to try and nothing that seems to stick out as a possible answer.

For example, if I follow the Doolittle angle, I've tried:

The most sensational Russian UFO case of the 1980s involved a story of UFOs nearly triggering nuclear war. This reportedly occurred on October 5, 1982, at a missile base near Khmelitskiy in the Ukraine.

One typical version of this event appeared on an ABC Prime Time Live program which aired on American television in October, 1994. Host Diane Sawyer and correspondent David Ensor presented interviews with former Russian military personnel who described a 900-foot-wide UFO hovering over their missile base while their command consoles switched themselves to "prepare to launch" for 15 seconds before returning to normal. the only thing i could think of was little boy and fatman you know the nuclear bombs they sent the message to the aliens that we now had some real firepower, and also that they started the arms race between the us and russia. what are they eluding to with no project though?
