There are hoax threads on here every week. There was supposed to be a giant wave caused by meteorite impact. The terrorists are supposed to have nukes. Arnold Scwarzenegger is an alien...

There ARE conspiracies, but most of them have everything to do with money. And this one comes out of a bible code, hardly substantial.

I really, truly think you ought to stop worrying. Immediately. Take a walk, take some deep breaths, and think about this logically.

The thing that tips it for me is the whole bible code thing. You can find codes in Harry Potter, War and Peace... all sorts of things. People are pattern-making animals, it's a useful trait but if carried too far leads directly to paranoia, do not pass go, do not collect 200 bucks.

I would be prepared to wager a whole lot of money that nothing will happen. I doubt I'll get any takers, though.

which was a Prediction of UN Attacked by Nuke on Jun9-10th

What i found was interesting......

if one were to scroll down to the page bottom
one will see a brand New UP-Date, in a insert box

(note to Rich23= the originator of the prophecy was not a ruse
...the 'prophecy' came from a German , JW Prophetic oriented site)

The Headline of this UP-Date says:

We made a mistake.
Our New Predicted date for a Nuclear Attack on the U.N. in NYC
Launched from the Sea or great River is Sundown Tuesday July 25th
-thru- Sundown Thursday July 27th

You don't have to live like this. You could choose to ignore every nut who puts up a website claiming to have predictive powers until they actually predict something correctly.

Most of these websites have 0 documentation of actual correct predictions, they will just make vague statements about how "I predicted the events of 9/11", and conveniently with no evidence to back up those claims.

If you'd try being a little more skeptical, life will be a lot less stressful for you.

These predictions are just insane. I don't understand. The mathematical probability of finding a word or a phrase in millions of characters is 100%.

Moby Dick predicted the assassanation of Martin Luther King Jr. for crying out loud. And I bet if you pick up any other book and apply the same system you will find some sort other prediction. What happens, happens.

What gets me is that most of the predictions are after the fact... what good does that do us?
