My wife is coming along because she's much smarter than me, and better company too...cuz I'm an old fart and she's a Goddess.

Hooters won't bother her, though...in fact, she'd get a kick out of it.

Your wife's coming? I'll see if mine wants to, she's a member here too.

She will assuredly be there, drinking her wine or whatever, getting a buzz on and, when prompted, can make some of the most enlightening comments you've ever heard. Like I said, she's MUCH smarter than me and a lot more fun to have around.

Besides, she keeps me on a fairly short leash because I've been known to walk into lamp posts while in a meditative trance as I walk along.

my wife will probably come along too. She can join your wife, Masqua, as she enjoys "sipping" a bit of wine as well. I don't drink much but, if there's an alley handy, I can get a buzz on as well.

Thats great, BT...she'll be glad to know she's not the only 'lady' there. This should liven the whole shebang up a lot.

BTW...I officially name this the ATS Hosers Convention...all others welcome too.

If you guys make this happen, take photo's or maybe make a podcast!!!!!

I live three hours from Toronto, but unfortunately I don't feel comfortable driving around my own city, let alone finding my way to Toronto, as I just got my G2 in February. Besides that, I also don't want to miss any school since my final exams will be in April.

I'd definately be up for something like this someday though. A big international ATSer meet with 100 or so people would indeed be pretty crazy. I've only been to Toronto once. Actually it might have been Scarborough...meh... same thing. but I'll be sure to post if I ever intend on going again. Maybe we can meet up some day for some nice conspiratoral rambling or ghost hunting or something.

I have yet to find another ATSer in my city so far, which disappoints me somewhat. If it was within walking distance, I'd totally be there

I haven't been to T.O. in a couple of years - anyplace is good by me. It'll just be nice to get back.

Can't make it - but have a beer on me, eh.

So glad to see you're all letting your wives come. Totally generous and enlightened.

Nice to hear you're thinking of coming. Are you going to wear a tin-foil beanie too?

Winterpeg.

Not happening unless you pick me up at the door. And feed me, and provide luxury accommodations. With a per diem.

Kidding. ...I'd like to but can't. Besides, I'm no fun. Can't drink and I usually fall asleep by 9.

But you can email me the video and stills. Okay?

PS. I am a bit jealous.

That's a deal.

I'm bringing my trusty Fuji and a big stick. (lotsa pics)

We'll have a beer in your name, oh Winny Pegger.

Photos. Podcasts. ...... Well I would suppose that we all certainly should consider this as a distinct possibility.

I'll brink my digital camera and I'll take as many photos as I possibly can. As for making a podcast.....anyone bringing their laptop? Well, if you bring your laptop, don't forget to bring a mike along. You just "gotta know" that the conversation (especially after a few beers) will be worth saving. :w:

PS; bring tin foil.....maybe we can have intrepid give us a foil hat making demonstration?

Thanks masqua - and I will hold you guys to the documentation - gotta happen!

We're about media, right? Of course certain members might wish to wear disguises beneath their tinfoil hats...

I'm a little jealous that you are all so far away that I can't join the party.
OK, maybe more than a little bit.

But you're all going to come visit me for the 2010 Olympics, right?

To heck with the Olympics, let's just party in Gastown.

OK, I think we all agree that this is going down on April 1, 2006 in Toronto, Ontario.

Can we nail down a location and time???
I want to Google a map and call the GO Train for schedules and ticket purchase.
