So, quite clearly in the video you posted Lukashenko states that the terrorists were initially heading towards Belarus and then turned towards Ukraine only when they realised they could not get past the extra security precautions he had put in place.

Why were warnings ignored?
Why did it take the police and security forces so long to respond?
How did they manage to escape one of the most surveilled cities in the world so easily?
Why did it take them so long to apprehend the terrorists if they were tracking them?

Lots more but they'll do for starters.

Then maybe we'll look at you claims that MSM failed to report the attack in the UK and that they used Kate's illness as a deliberate distraction.

It's only the Russain State mechanism that has announced that. There is no proof that it was independently observed.
