All those fundamentally misconceived law suits that got tossed, Sydney and her Kraken, that was a no-show, Rudi the buffoon, and so on.

DJT must be running out of lawyers.

Out of money.

Out of time.

In the words of Tom Petty:

"I fought the law and the law won".

It's amazing how that one word, "insurrection," turned so many ninnies minds to one picture...a picture which is completely fabricated in any of the hundreds of hours of video. Shows how gullible simpleton minds are.

They made a declaration.

There was no due process involved. Which is still required by the Constitution.

There was all the due process required under Colorado law, which is all you can ask from Colorado courts. There was a civil trial held and the court decided on the basis of the evidence presented that the preponderance of evidence favored the conclusion that Trump engaged in insurrection. The Colorado Supreme Court upheld that finding.

And The SCOTUS mentioned there was no due process during those live hearings. 😀

The CO Supreme Court already made a decision.

But they are a State Court, and may not have jurisdiction to determine a Federal Charge like "Insurrection". The SCOTUS is considering that too. The Case has more than one issue. 😀

Citing Trump’s violation of the 14th Amendment, and filing that claim with the courts, is due process.

No it isn't. 😃

The insurrection was done by the left. Trump (though I dont like him) was correct. The election had plenty of FBI interference, fake votes, and early morning liberal gymnastics.

Was crime committed by a party? Damn right there was. The end justifies the means for the left. The DNC has brainwashed their own base to feel literal pain when they hear the name Trump.

They are currently abusing one elderly senile man by keeping him in office when then know perfectly well that Joe has had dementia for years. One to two years from now Joe will be in Hospice end of life care.

They are currently abusing another elderly man, by dragging him through the court system over their false accusations, treating him to a different standard then others.

They are also the very same ones who push for more laws to allow murder in the womb at any stage.

These things are all twisted. These are wicked behaviors that will be punished severely by God.

What CO case was Trump specifically indicted, charged and tried with Insurrection? Insurrection is a Federal Law. 😃

The original CO case was not for Federal Insurrection. 😀

1st Trump did not cause an insurrection, get that in your head. Secondly your TDS is strong enough that your calling the Supreme court justices 'dead beats' cause your liberal antics and mindset you might not get what your agenda desires.

It doesn't matter. The Colorado Supreme Court determined that he did. SCOTUS isn't charged with overturning that finding. They're charged with determining whether or not a state can make the determination to disqualify a national candidate.

It's about states' rights, not whether or Trump did it,

They made the declaration.

There was no due process involved, which is still required by the United States Constitution.

It was a civil case. There was a judge, plaintiffs and a defendant, both represented by attorneys, and a trial. There was a ruling, that the defense appealed to the Colorado Supreme Court, who heard the case anew, and made their ruing.

That's due process.

Trump started a campaign to “stop the steal” after he lost the election. The whole world saw this. That is insurrection.

I find it unbelievable you are calling me biased. Are you so enamored by Trump that you cannot see this obvious insurrection attempt?

What case determined "Stop the Steal" was insurrection? 😃

What laws in CO determine due process? 😃 And how were those applied in the CO case?

Doesn't matter. The State Republican Party has said they will simple do a Caucus. Other States have said so too. So the next hurdle for Democrats will be to get Trump barred off the November General Election Ballots. ⚠️

If Colorado wins, what exactly is to stop other states from removing Biden.from the voting by the 25th amendment? Nothing.

There were dozens of cases which found Trump had no leg to stand on to call election fraud. And then he still called election fraud. Seriously guys, this isn’t very complicated.

The SCOTUS I am sure knows this, but they appear to be afraid of upsetting voters, and the momentum of this election.

That is why they are delaying, like a deadbeat who doesn’t want to pay their garbage bill.
