Trump attacks Haley for absence of her husband, who is deployed

“Where’s her husband? Oh, he’s away. … What happened to her husband? Where is he? He’s gone,” Trump said at his rally in Conway, his first visit to the state this year.

Michael Haley is deployed in Africa with the South Carolina Army National Guard in support of the United States Africa Command, his second active-duty deployment overseas.

I have never understood how anyone can support Biden or Trump.
Mental focus for Biden be it age or illness should not be a thing that the POTUS has to deal with.

I do think the headline uses too strong of a word in saying "attacks" .

Trump is very hypocritical with this quote above. Melania wasnt with him at the Rally or apparently quite a few recent events. I wonder is she deployed with the Military like Haley's husband is. Its okay for Trump to mock Haley's husband even though his wife is absent. I will say the silence in the crowd after his failed line was hopefully telling. He need to then elevate his voice to get the response he wanted is also fairly telling.

I am sure that the normal people will jump at this thread. The same deflections will take place. The reality of it cant be denied though. Trump leveraged Haley's husbands absence to try and get cheap heat. The crowd at his own rally didnt buy it. All while Trump's spouse has not joined him.

The idea is that he made an honest mistake, and she's made dozens of mistakes which weren't honest at all.

I say it's the SSDD; they're all on the same team-the team that wants no votes for Biden OR Trump due to their advanced age and signs of dementia.

Continue the effort to disqualify and vilify RFK, slip in Gavin Newsome after the August primaries are over and it will be home free to convince everybody that Newsome got 800 million votes.

The winner has already been chosen and crowned; all that's left is to convince the populous that we actually want the chosen one.

We're screwed.

This issue is the issue of issues as we all look to amend the ways of Kamala because witnesses at The Border know what they saw before court orders swayed the policies.

Assuming close to Haley's age we are talking about a 50 year old South Carolina Army National Guard deployed to Africa for his second active-duty deployment.

Hardly something to write home about.
