Hamas doesn't even represent half of the Palestinian population.

That's true.

The topic post doesn't even show a HAMAS flag. It's the flag of Palestine, who still has not been declared war on by israel.

This thread would have you believe the Palestinians are ALL expendable in the classic age-old War on Terrorism game.

Edit2Add:™

Tragically this is the new voice of ATS.

I always thought of this place as full of critical-thinking fringe-thinking individuals.

Now that seems to be the vocal minority.

A disgrace to the ATS motto!

The thing is if some drunken idiot or would-be politically oriented wanna-be hard man happens to be passing on by when the pubs close, that leans in the other direction, they may well receive a brick through the window for their troubles.

You just described a shameful scene of ignorant vandalism, if that would be over the Palestine flag.

Israel hasn't even declared war on Palestine.

Was Israel in a hot war with the Gaza people back in 2017?

War has been on going for as long as we can both remember. Hot or cold.

Equivocating is not an answer, but it is in that Israel was not in a hot war in 2017.

Now they are.

Palestinians, on Oct 7th, killed 33 Americans.

And we raise their fekking flag?

Long list of terror attacks here, from 2015 onward.

www.gov.il...

palestinians killed 33 Americans on Oct 7th and you are supporting and defending their flag being raised.

Hamas killed 12 Brits and are still holding 6 hostage.

Yet we allow the protests over here and over your way. That's the consequence of living in a free society. Which we both do.

No.

That's the consequence of mistaking the flag of Palestine, to which Israel doesn't even recognize as a terrorist organization, with a terrorist organization, to which Israel has indeed declared war upon, that being HAMAS.

Lucky you free speech extends to disinformation.

My god, I always knew you yanks where a bit late cos they've been flying those over the UK since Oct 7th.

They've been flying the Palestine flag? This one?

I'm just asking because you might be mistaking that flag for the actual enemy flag of HAMAS that Israel ACTUALLY declared war on.

Nothing new. From 2017.

It is a wet and dreary February afternoon in Union City, the compact and densely populated township sitting on the New Jersey bank of the Hudson River. The rain leaves the streets deserted. Outside the North Bergen mayor’s office, a group of some 50 people cower under their umbrellas and crowd around the flagpoles to the left of the main entrance. The American flag is already raised atop the most prominent pole on the small patch of grass. A new flag runs up the post behind immediately behind it.
The crowd cheer and clap. When it reaches the summit, some climb onto the elevated bank and take selfies with their friends or children. The low wind takes some time to coax the flag from its entanglement, but eventually, the white, green and black stripes and the red triangle of the Palestinian flag are revealed.
Over the past five years, these Palestinian flag-raising ceremonies have become an annual fixture in several New Jersey towns with prominent Palestinian-American communities, such as North Bergen, Clifton and Paterson. I spent the majority of my time between these towns while conducting research on second-generation Palestinians living in the state.

theconversation.com...

Nope still not raising the flag of the terrorist organization that was ACTUALLY declared war on by Israel.

Palestine is your personal enemy, not Israel's enemy.

Starred for confirming that even in 2017 the Marxist/communist left was stupid enough to fly the flag of a group of terrorists and terrorist supporters dedicated to their death and destruction.

the pot is calling the kettle black

Since when is Palestine a terrorist organization?

You're still making this silly mistake in being unable to make a distinction between different groups of people.

Israel didn't declare war on Palestine.

This is absurd and intentional disinformation.

It's so obvious when the new talking points are "uploaded."

Miraculous.

Saw this often during the beginning of the Ukraine/Russia conflict too.

Almost like there's a financial incentive to create an account and post said talking points as that is clearly the depth of knowledge involved.......

Care to address your position in this thread dedicated to this disinformation?

Palestinian does not equal HAMAS

since this thread is obviously a biased disinformation party

Protests are fine.

Not when HAMAS slogans are being chanted, which they have been in London

How peeved would the British be if the palestinian flag was raised over Parliament or Westminster?

If and when The flag of Palestine is raised over The US Capitol Building that comment would be more appropriate. To my knowledge that has happened yet.

Howevr some UK Councils have been flying the flag.

It was on a government building, if I am correct. . .

Common town flag pole, whatever that means.

It doesn't sound like a government structure.

It means it's public property and you need permission from local government to put a flag up.

Using your Jedi powers to tell us it's no big deal only works on the weak minded.

How is bombing a refugee camp for multiple days on end after they confirmed their target was killed on the first day minimizing civilian casualties?

If they were minimizing civilian casualties, why are the number of civilian casualties higher than the number of combatants killed?

You're so close to getting it. Neither Jews nor Palestinians are our enemy. So why is it abhorrent to say the IDF and Hamas need to stop killing civilians?

what in the hell they are doing in the US if they hate America soo much.

To which pro hamas loving palestinians in america are you refering?

The one's in the OP, where not a HAMAS flag nor paraphernalia can be found?

Ok then. Why are we at war with the Palestinians?
