Yes, I mean, if you go in for that kind of stuff. What Mohammud revealed to all the Arab people not Jewish or Christian, was there is only one God and that God is Allah, the same God as of Abraham, Moses and Jesus too. His not so new religious philosophy took off and united the Arab world.

You mean he projected his own opinion and called it a revelation from God... But that's how it always happens. Like for example the 10 commandments, revealed to Moses... conveniently! But I just love these convenient stories for being so convenient.

It looks like France thinking of Islam as a backward bronze/iron age ideology that hasn't evolved at all. I am sure if they could they would have banned Islam altogether.

Islam is what was Christianity centuries ago. But there is nothing to show Islam will evolve in the future. If anything it will be even more regressive.

All you're saying is the religion hasn't changed and Muslims are firm in their beliefs as should be. You are praising it more than you think. Fastest growing religion in the world and there's nothing you or anyone can do about it. I have also witnessed more people becoming Christian of late. Why do you reckon that is? Perhaps because the lefties have destroyed modern society by enforcing their luciferian agenda? Everyone wants to play God. Truth is, everyone is insignificant.

They're usually base this argument (fastest growing religion) precisely on the claim their religion an scriptures haven't changed. But at the same time you should look into the demographics as Islamic countries and Muslims in general multiply faster than most if not all western countries. Even within non Muslim countries, the Muslims who live there tend to have more children.

This is absolutely incorrect, cannot compare then to say Indians, Africans or Chinese. Africa's main religion is Christianity, ahead of Islam. India would be Hindu.

Well God apparently seen that killing a people off was not the right way to go about it prolly so christians havent gone on any crusades lately.
And Muslims see Jesus as just a man not a literal son of God. Theres a difference between the 3 abrahamic relgions.

We can all agree that Yeshua/Isa spoke Aramaic Hebrew. How do you say God in Aramaic Hebrew? Elah/Alah/Allah.

This is the importance of educating yourself before criticizing anything in life. You ever seen those Christian and Muslim debates? The Muslims always have several versions of the bible word for word, whereas the Christians have to read to quote their own book. Not just a man, another one who has never read nor understands what the Quran says. Have any of you actually bothered to read the book? Isa/Jesus is the most mentioned prophet in the Quran, his story is the same as the bible and he will serve the same purpose of slaying the "antichrist" during end times. He was born of a virgin (Mariam) etc, He is a very important prophet but not God. Nor does he ever claim to be God in the bible.

Sunni and Shia did come after Mohammad died, more or less immediately after as Muslim fought Muslim over who controlled Islam and whose interpretation is the correct one.
They are still fighting and killing each other over it nearly 1500 years later.

Who cares if Christians can't quote Scripture verbatim like some Islamic scholars, what has that got to do with anything?

I'm not ignorant about Mohammad's life and how Islam developed.
I know that parts of the Islamic world provided a safe haven for some Enlightened thinkers who were being persecuted by the Christian churches at the time.

But at the same time large parts of the Islamic world were incredibly intolerant and were brutal in their suppression of anything other than their own particular brand of Islam.

That intolerance has not diminished over time, if anything it is now more widespread.
As I said in an earlier post; many tenets of the Islamic religion are diametrically opposed to basic 'western' values and customs.
Islam is unyielding in its demand that its followers follow its strict guidelines that cover not just a persons spiritual being but also dictates and governs almost every single aspect of their day-to-day life. There is little, if any, room for personal choice and individual freedoms.

It is inevitable their will be conflict of some sort.

Methinks you aught to read more history. The god of Abraham and the Israelites/Canaanites was Yahweh. As for the Koran/Quran, like the Bible, has been Edited/changed through the centuries as only original scraps are found around the World. In fact since the onset of printing, depending on how far you want to go back, there are different books. AND, in saying that the very vast majority of the book in the Muslim world today comes from centralising all these different books, editing them and reprinting this "new" version. This was done By Islamic scholars in the Al-Azhar University in Cairo in 1924.
