What about genetic diversity?

I'm just speculating but I have to believe that as you go farther back in time children where largely born to couples that had greater racial and ethnic backgrounds. More homogeneous genetic make up as you go farther back in time.

In contrast the west is becoming more and more diverse as time moves forward with children being born to more diverse groups of parents.

Could the greater genetic mismatching be leading to a greater number of genetic issues?

Account to Pew the groups with the great disposition of marring outside of their ethnic and racial groups are also the top groups listed for increases of autism.

When I grew up it was rare to take medicine.
You only took medicine if you were REALLY sick. Now people take medicine every single day.

I think they’ve just increased the spectrum with which they can provide a diagnosis.

I’m actually surprised it’s not more, kids these days spend all their time looking at screens then we label them as having a medical condition because they’re anti social. The cure for most childrens autism is to get them outside playing with friends and socialising from a young age.

It’s certainly a better solution rather than pumping them full of mind altering drugs.

Science has proved otherwise.

I will use dogs for example. Are pure breed dogs healthier or mixed breeds. Which have longer lives and more importantly, healthier lives.

There are studies that show that Asian Americans have the longest lifespans.

I do think that is one aspect... The other might be shocking for some to hear.
Did a lot of these children just die young in the past? Peanut allergies, egg allergies, accidental death for latch key kids that didn't have the proper mental faculties...

Indeed!

We might as well redefine autism as........poisoning .

From my understanding aluminium is "maybe" the biggest reason.

Aluminium has synergy effect with glyphosate and fluoride , meaning all fluoride in body system makes aluminium toxicity worse. Glyphosate aka RoundUp also makes aluminium in body system worse.

To make things even worse, aluminium is ADJUVANT , it triggers immuno reactions...LIKE INFLAMMATION. I would bet that people with asd has extra inflammation in brain, but it's not just the inflammation but changing the brain chemistry imo..

Any metals like aluminium in brain also act as antenna with RF / EMF ,not really helping the situation .

No, I don’t think so. Children these days are more isolated and live in their own little digital fantasy worlds. That’s going to lead to reality detachment IMO and an increase in these diagnosis. A lot of the kids once described as nothing other than shy or introvert and now considered “autistic”. Just another example of big pharma convincing parents to unnecessarily medicate their children. At the heart of it all is lazy and absent parenting.

I’m sure there are other factors but that’s the driving force as I see it.

I can already see the new cartoon coming; Transgender Tourette Teens with Captain Autist. I think it's mostly the jabs but likely fluoride and chemical additives in drinks and junk foods.

Manipulation of brain chemistry with toxins certainly won’t help matters.

Dog breeding is an imperfect analog. Purebred dogs often are inbred or close to it. We humans have the same problem.

Just because their is a genetic issue with inbreeding doesn't preclude the idea that there is also a genetic issue on the other side of the spectrum with "outbreeding" (for lack of a better term).

Nothing in nature is perfectly linear; often to much and to little of a good thing is bad for us. I don't see why it wouldn't be the same with breeding.

To put it another way; what happens when a dog and a human try to breed with each other? .... Nothing happens; their generic makeup are incompatible. So their clearly is a spectrum where both inbreeding and outbreading can cause generic issues. Its not unreasonable to assume that some humans are less compatible with each other than others.

My wife is an early childhood intervention screener for the state of Arizona. Basically, if you have a child that is 3 years old or older (pre-K) and displaying disabilities the state will step in and start providing help, speech, motor skills whatever.

More and more my wife is saying it's a disciplinary problem at home and not a disability problem. They had a screening day out of 8 kids only 1 was referred to the state for early intervention.

2 of the other kids came in with an Autism diagnosis from private doctors and my wife and her team don't have to use them. They do their own screenings with Psychologists and Speech pathologists. Parents get upset when the state doesn't accept these private practice diagnoses.

Sometimes these parents are just trying to get free daycare. Others are just wanting an excuse as to why their kid is a mess. Very few actually meet the quals for early intervention.

Aluminum that is transported to the brain can cause diffuse brain injury which would exactly cause autism.

Depends on which genetics have been prioritised. Many pure breed dogs outlive mutts and live long, happy lives. My Dad bred Samoyeds when I was a kid and they were perfectly healthy, most of them made it to 15-18 years. Just look at the British Royal family. Other than King Sausage fingers and the hidden Bowes-Lyon sisters they seem to live to a grand old age generally despite a penchant for marrying first cousins historically.

Let’s be clear. Autism isn’t rising because they’re getting better at diagnosing it; it’s rising because it’s happening more often. The CDC knows exactly why it’s happening, but they look the other way. Nobody in Congress is asking any questions about it either.

The thing is the spectrum is rather vast.

Take a kid to be assessed and they are apt to attach some label to the poor wee souls.

For instance, my eldest daughter was assessed for autism when she started primary school and we were told she may be borderline autistic.

Turned out she was simply a little hyperactive and shy which disappeared by about P6 now she's walking out of secondary school with 5 highers all in band A or B according to her prelims and has been accepted to do an HNC in vocalism and music.

In my day it was the complete opposite where they hardly tested children for anything, for comparison i was not diagnosed as being dyslexic until i went to college at the age of 17.

I work in the public school system, it's definitely more like 1 in 5. I understand the figures and perhaps it's 1 in 36 but I'm front line seeing it happening. The early kindergarten class and the class upcoming has more autism than I've ever seen. Our phones emit a lot of radiation too....I don't think it's just one cause. The environment is toxic all around.
