They could not be targeted if they didn't break the law. There are other states that could flip the election too. They followed the law so they are not being targeted.

We have seen state vs. state cases before the Court before. What we do not usually see are lawsuits so clearly without merit brought to the court, and there is a reason for that--most parties will not waste the money filing such frivolous claims. This case has no chance--Anyone with any experience or knowledge of Supreme Court legal practice could tell you the same.
