CDC Director Robert Redfield Admits to Congress that U.S. Covid-19 Death Numbers are Inflated.

FLORIDA Governor Ron DeSantis has opened an investigation, because it appears some Florida hospitals are guilty of the same scams as others across the country. Because each Covid-19 death generates $$$$ for the facility, the number of Covid-19 deaths are being "inflated".

Neither is true.

The article in the OP states that 12% had to be stricken. So, instead of 170K it might only be 150K. That isn't super inflated. The death toll in the US is comparable to other countries.

On the other hand a 0.2% mortality rate, calculating with the entire population of the US, is 660K. that isn't even close to ELE but it is a lot more than 150K.

The people I see trying to have it both ways are those that say 170K is a high, inflated, number while at the same time saying CV is harmless.

The United Kingdom just improved the accuracy of their Covid-19 death reporting. It instantly reduced their number of Covid-19 deaths by about 11%...from 46,000 down to 41,000.

Unfortunately, the United States still has the most "generous" system for labeling someone as a Covid-19 death.

All the doctor needs to do is "suspect" that a deceased person had Covid-19 when they died.

No wonder the daily death numbers are staying high, even as hospitalization numbers are decreasing.

Good for the UK.

So yes the numbers could be inflated But by how much ? Well GOING by lets say Russia who is suppressing the numbers NOT MUCH .
But lets play devils advocate and say 10 % of the Numbers are Not from the virus that would mien 90 % are 169,000
ok so - 10 % call it 17.5 k less still at 151,500 .
And what the year is just 2/3 over . You people want this treated like a common cold you want it treated like a flue .
But at 5,300,000 TOTAL cases In the US its NO FLUE and ITS Not the Nothing burger you want .

But one thing for sure destroying our economy is NOT a answer . On the OTHER HAND UNIVERSAL MASK is WORKING !

Keep home schooling this year next year have NO SUMMER brake to get kids cought up .
As for gyms bars and other services well just doing the best we can to keep the numbers low while having them open .

But its all a MUTE point with all the corruption on BOTH SIDES and all the protesting and riots you wont need to worry what the US government is doing as by spring China will be Running the US .

It completely contradicts the premise of the thread.

It's not a HUGE improvement, but it is a move in the right direction...both in numbers and in the honesty/integrity categories.

But in the USA, medical officials are still trying to cash in to make $$$$ on DEATHS, and/or to keep the Trump-damaging Covid-19 headlines coming from the Democrat-owned Mainstream Media outlets.

Covid-19 Hospitalizations have been steadily decreasing since July 23rd.

Deaths have not decreased with the hospitalizations, as this South/Southwest Covid-19 wave subsides, like they did when Covid-19 wave subsided in the Northeast/Midwest.

I hope the Health and Human Services Inspector General is paying attention...because something nefarious is occurring right now.

If you click on full range on your link you would see that the decrease in deaths lags about 3 weeks behind the drop in hospitalizations.

You would also notice that the hospitalizations in april and may resulted in many more deaths than july, despite having comparable hospitalizations.

You are providing the data to bring down your own claims.

Exactly why the medical system should be overhauled and made into a not for profit system. When they try to gouge the system, they get prosecuted for it. It should be for making you well not keeping you sick to make more money.

If nothing else, the Bayh-Dole Act should be repealed so that government bureaucrats like Fauci cannot get rich on the tax payers dollars.

They should also allow torts and liability suits for errors. The 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act protects wrong doers. It's a shame.
