Should being a psychopath part of the equation? If so, then you can ask yourself are these natural born killers or created by upbringing and society. If you can answer these questions we will be closer to the answer of the OP question I think.

You're simply wrong, unless by prolific you mean reported on and sensationalized. How about Richard Ramirez, the night stalker... One of the most prolific in the eighties

Just BS from watching a butt ton off true crime lately, but a whole lot has serious head injuries when young..

So maybe a wiring issue?!??


And then you have the fact ALL pack animals are super trainable.. lots of molesters were molested..

I just think once someone TOTALLY crosses the line... successfully murdering the victim or not..

NEVER LET THEM GO..

Anyone who kidnaps a stranger to rape and probably murder them... never gets let go.

Anyone who successfully cold blooded murders someone for money or anything that isn’t atleast somewhat understandable... NEVER GETS LET GO..


Execute the monsters who’s guilt AND identity is undeniable..

There should be no sexual predator registry....

The kids flashing people being stupid shouldn’t be there and the real deal shouldn’t be free..

Why don’t we not put drug users with no accompanying crime in jail for decades and spend that money locking up psychopaths..

I'm surprised no one has brought up the fact that the only reason we know of the serial killers we do, is because we've either caught them already, or they are being pursued.

Perhaps the US is just better at actually apprehending them and other countries simply have them still lose on their streets

Definitely a fair point or atleast potential fair point..


That said I am not sure America has a better “clearance” rate than the rest.

Clearance means they made an arrest after a crime was reported , nor am I sure America has a way better conviction rate..


The only thing I’m sure about is we give longer sentences..


But all could definitely be true.
