Wrong. The senate impeached him and he lost his law license later for it. Impeachment don't always end in removal. In effect Bill was indited.

Even if he doesn't get indicted, he already got deprived of his pension over this. That's a pretty sound statement of unpleasantness between himself and his country. Actually going to jail would be icing on the cake, but even without the icing, there is already a cake.

In the last hour it appears as if McCabe's team is preparing
for a defense of epic proportions.

Comey has apparently already thrown McCabe under the bus.
This was previously reported, though I could never find the link,
then Politico just linked to it. So finally, we can see there are
many reasons to watch for McCabe's indictment.

In an interview with NPR this week, Comey sided with the inspector general and seemed to say that McCabe had lied to investigators. Comey went on to say there's a need for accountability, even for good people who happen to do the wrong thing. Now, Andy McCabe's lawyer says he's disappointed and upset over these comments. McCabe has a lot of
respect for Comey, has looked up to him, doesn't understand why Comey is making these comments now.
