They indicted Paul Manafort while the investigation was still going on.

They indicted MIchael Cohen while the investigation was still going on.

Flynn was indicted as part of the whole russia probe. That investigation was ongoing from before he was indicted and for over a year and a half after that.
Come on... you know they used him in their investigation to gain information about trump.

Umm wrong. Remember the Special prosecuter in Clintons impeachment recommended charges.

You just proved me right. They indicated him after a long investigation.

The poster I am replying to said they always charge fast and there is never a long investigation first. They think the investigation comes after the charges.

You seem obsessed with that pee thing. This is not the first time you've brought it up.
And now you want to change the subject of the thread.

Now now dear, this is about Andrew McCabe, not Carter Page, not even trump and not the Steele dossier.

Unless there is some secret sealed indictment I would not be holding out much hope for any further annoyances for Andrew McCabe.

No he was found to be less than candid when talking about who he had given information to.
Not because he gave information to anyone.
Nuances.
God give me patients please.
Please find where there was any unauthorized disclosures since he was the authority at the FBI.
Looks to the heavens.

Please..

no time to prove he was not authorized to release any information since he was the authority.
He was fired for being less than candid, not even outright lies, about who he gave information to. Not because he gave information to anyone.

Boy this is so much fun../... Gets funner every day.

Another one who wants to change the subject of the thread.

Its not about trump and the Mueller report for christs sake.

Why did they not indict Andrew McCabe do you think?

They indicted Flynn when while questioning him, he lied to them.
They didnt indict McCabe and from what I have read they have released the grand jury convened for that purpose so what do you think that means.

I never mentioned Trump or Mueller, what are you talking about? The only one changing the topic appears to be you.

So Flynn lied and they indicted him right there on the spot? Impressive. Can you source that?

So it's good and ok to release information to the press on a still ongoing investigation? That's what he did and then he lied about it under oath multiple times.

Did FBI do any wrong in your opinion in either the Clinton or Trump investigations? If they did wrong please be specific as to what. Was their work in those exemplary and non biased?

And from that they decided a sitting POTUS could not be indicted, and Clinton was not.

Same reason Trump was cited as an Co-Conspirator in charges that Cohen was indicted on, but Trump was never indicted.

Mueller still could have recommended charges.
He did not.

Good day

That is factually incorrect and Bobby 3 sticks made a point to explain that to the slow crowd.

Seems like this is more a thread about whether we hope McCabe gets indicted. Rather than whether he will.

According to this, it is all but certain a grand jury will be held. But nobody can predict whether the grand jury will decide to indict. (Since after all, it is a jury.)

www.usatoday.com...

Even if he doesn't get indicted, he already got deprived of his pension over this. That's a pretty sound statement of unpleasantness between himself and his country. Actually going to jail would be icing on the cake, but even without the icing, there is already a cake.
