It isn't legal evidence by any standard of measure - maybe elementary school, maybe.

What is interesting is what the "implication" says but is being ignored - "is Biden et al still controlling your country, let me know before we proceed?" (btw this phone call was staged, so all this was hammered out ages ago).

Ukraine has a treaty to share information. The exact same treaty Russia has.
