B60, agree. Body language has changed in many of the main players lately. DJT's recent CPAC speech was very telling. He was free, liberal but measured as always, but much more at ease.

If the government is aware of everything, why does the FBI miss so many online "clues" before mass murders happen? You always hear afterward how "obvious" it was that the murderer was going to strike.

Most recently, after the slaughter of Jews at their church in Pennsylvania.

The only place this could really hide would be in updates to the OS.

Updates were generally trusted and now with Win 10, they are automatic.

99.9% of uses have no chance of detecting anything at that level.

Back in 1995 programs existed that could tell you what programs wanted to send data out and gave the user control to allow or not. Seems impossible to do now.

This goes way beyond cookies.
