Cohen's lies - proven lies by facts

Cohen's truths - based on BS and wild innuendo

😎

Same can be said for former boss too , birds of a feather and all that.

Then I wonder why he was never given a WH position, being birds of a feather..

I said they are birds of a feather because they're both untrustworthy liars , I don't see what position Cohen held makes a difference to that simple fact.

Mr. Cummings took a vote from members as to whether to continue or delay the hearing , members voted to continue.

The House is now exhibiting a sham, by not following the LAW!

It's a technicality and not worthy of postponing Cohen’s testimony.

The House Democrats have now fractured the Congress of The United States of America!

Damn them Leftists ! , the show goes on.

Officer: why did you run that stop sign?

Gortex: oh that's just a technicality sir

Officer: but its against the la..

Gortex: technicality

Officer: but..

Gortex: technicality

Officer: okay you win, run along now

Quite frankly, I think Republicans should stay away from this one. They violate every rule in the book. They should not add hypocrisy to their long list of transgressions. I watched the Cohen hearing, and I think Cummings wrapped up things with the best observation possible, essentially stating we need to return to a time of decorum, and law and order. We can do better, much better. Neither of our de facto two party system is blameless. Ditto for the population. Why don't we join hands, embrace our differences, and find common ground rather than continue with blatant divisiveness? We are an amalgamation of different cultures. One size does not fit all.

It was a rule, not law and they voted to move forward as the "rules" permit.

You seem not aware of the difference between a rule (which was followed) and the law.

The Law makes it illegal to not disclose campaign contributions to pay off porn stars or accept things of value from foriegn governments to assist in your campaign.

Even "individual 1" is aware of the difference.

Guess you don't know who john edwards is?
He actually used other peoples money and still beat the feds in a similar campaign finance case.
Perhaps you people should wait and see what the fec says before attempting a bs case with the only goal to remove a duly elected president.

but go right ahead and yap about how terrible campaign finance violations are

ps.
barak had to pay a fine for one.....

Probably not worth the effort to point out that two of the charges Cohen was convicted of were violations of campaign finance laws, directly related to the payoffs made to Trump mistresses.

Campaign finance law violations:

An agreement with American Media Inc. to pay Karen McDougal $150,000 to keep quiet about a 10-month relationship with Trump.

$130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels as hush money to keep quiet about her affair with Trump.

Could mean trouble for the Donald.... “I used a company under my control to make the payment (to Daniels)” Cohen told the judge, “the monies used were later repaid by the candidate.”

That violation was merely an administrative mistake... missing 48-hour notices for nearly 1,300 contributions..... not for paying off hookers...

and....

typically campaign finance violation result in fines,
trump paid the hooker out of his own pocket and not from his campaign,
funny the fec has not issued any violations......you know the actual people paid to write the actual law....

www.courier-journal.com... 2156288002/

the FEC hit Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign with “one of the largest penalties in the agency’s history” when it levied a $375,000 fine for failing “to disclose the identities of donors responsible for $2 million in contributions” and misreporting “the dates of $85 million in other contributions.” The Obama people “kept $1.3 million in contributions that were above the legal maximum allowed for a federal campaign, failing to return them within the 60 days required by law. The campaign kept almost $874,000 of those donations until the FEC discovered they were unlawful,” according to The Washington Post.

and further

Second, it is highly likely that Trump has been paying women he’s slept with (and other people for other reasons) for years as part of non-disclosure agreements. His lawyers will argue that the payments are routine business expenses for a man who has a lot of sex and pays for a lot of silence, whether he’s running for office or not.

trump had done this prior to running for office
it was not exclusive to his campaign.....which the law clearly states

You were saying?
DOJ & FEC Complaints Filed Against Trump Campaign for Failure to Report $130K Hush Money Payment

Today, Common Cause filed complaints with the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Election Commission (FEC) alleging that the payment of $130,000 to Stephanie Clifford (a.k.a. Stormy Daniels), through an LLC, was an unreported in-kind contribution to President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign committee in violation of the Federal Election Campaign Act. The complaint also asks the agencies to determine whether the payment was made by the Trump Organization or some other corporation or individual, which would additionally make it an illegal in-kind contribution to the campaign. Corporations are prohibited from contributing to federal candidates and individual contributions are limited to $2,700.

“These apparent violations are not simple bookkeeping errors, but seemingly a deliberate evasion of the laws on the books to ensure Americans get a full accounting of the money raised and spent by and for candidates for the presidency,” said Paul S. Ryan, Common Cause vice president for policy and litigation. “These actions are just the latest examples of the president, his family, his campaign, and subsequently administration, playing fast and loose with the laws that apply to them. If these laws are not fully enforced, they will be ignored by candidates and administrations going forward to the detriment of our democracy.”

Just waiting for the other shoe to drop...

Oh hell... that's nothing.

These people decided to violate the tradition of not creating a political spectacle, while the POTUS is involved in sensitive negotiations with traditional enemies.

But... they don't care.

They don't care about Americans

They don't care about America

They don't care about the risk NK or China poses to Asia or the rest of the world. They would rather give aid and comfort to America's enemies, than allow anything Trump does to have a successful outcome.

Words fall short how angry I am about this.

50 years ago, Americans would have showed up in D.C. with guns, clubs and pitchforks to throw these a**holes out of The Peoples capital.

Liberal Media's Narrative DESTROYED: theconservativetreehouse.com...

Hate-filled Democrats and Journalists are now reduced to scavenging for old Trump business irregularities as their last hope.

Those were outside complaints filed with the FEC, and not from the FEC itself unlike Obama.

Let me know when the fec makes a determination or recommendation.
Anyone ( Common Cause) can file a complaint. The fec will make the decision.
You mistakenly sited that,.....right???
