Kavanaugh has had at least six background checks...and come up clean.

How many background checks has Ford had?

If I were anyone on her side....I would wonder why they haven't yet. It is the actual claim that she made. Why wont they turn it over? If it is so damning then it should be the nail in the coffin.

Feinstien gave a REDACTED version of the original letter to the FBI.

HONESTLY ask yourself WHY she would need to do REDACT for the FBI.

Feinstein turned over a redacted version of the letter to the FBI last week.

The FBI then added the letter to Kavanaugh's background file, which was then given to the White House and the Judiciary Committee.

Actually it would.....she said there were 4 boys and another girl there. FBI background checks are EXTREMELY thorough. I know...I've had 2 and then FOIA requested the records so I know exactly who they spoke with and just how deep they go. Both were 6 months long.

Good....they have been saying that for a week. Saying it and setting a date and doing it are very different things.

She wanted it and asked for it and is now balking at it and making demands....

Its another stalling tactic. They're requesting further negotiations over the details of the hearing, no doubt setting up a new round of demands that will be forthcoming shortly.

Hold the vote Monday. If she wants to testify, that's fine, but any consequences of that can come through impeachment if necessary. Enough of the games.

Exactly....and Maryland PD has already stated that they would investigate.

There is only one reason for her not to do it at this point and I am pretty sure we all know that reason.

However, the woman that willingly goes to a guy's apartment after she spends the evening at a bar mutually flirting, and finds herself in an overly aggressive situation that she can't get out of...........yeah, that may cause her to be afraid she won't be believed.
