But in today's tweet, Trump put the blame for the deterioration of relations with Russia squarely on US domestic forces.

He was not in charge when many of the things listed below took place, but he ignores the real reasons for the current bad Russian relations and blames his own people!

The Real Reasons He Ignores:

The invasion and annexation of Crimea in 2014

Their role in shooting down flight MH-17.

& the now high probability of rigging of his election as president - by the 12 Russian agents

The Russian chemical attacks in London on former Russian spies

Ignores Putins support for President Bashar al-Assad in Syria

Is this list all fake news ? I think not

Lets be honest here - Trump is not stable

And because of this and many many other reasons he cannot be trusted, when he also insists his meeting with Putin is to be a 2 man one to one with no witnesses, you have to ask why?

Does he have something to hide?

Trump seems to love Kim and Putin more than he loves his own people, or am I missing something here?

Yes. You are missing proof, logic and an understanding of international law for a start. Good luck!

I think if trump is going to keep blaming everything on Obama we should just get him back to fix it.
All in favor say aye.

I gave a list for the reasons for current Russian tensions, I did not say Trump was in charge when each of the things happened, and I'm saying Trump is blaming his own people for the tensions when the list clearly shows what are the real reasons, and washington is in turmoil I mean america - do you class yourself as a trump puppet or putins trump puppet

Yes. You are missing something called international diplomacy. Are you aware of how the US looks after our involvement all over the world where we have killed millions and interfered in many countries elections and economies?

The blame game doesn't work if you truly wish to survive in this modern world. It's a very shifty, balancing act.

Trump gets it as he has experience globally in the economic sector making the deals. He'll do fine. He's been doing fine for awhile-big mouth, tweeting et al.

What about the year? Some kind of numbers magic, maybe? 2+0+1+4=7?

I think even most hardcore Trumpers on this site have been able to admit that Russia has agents working on and in America.

That's fair enough. But it's a sad day when the President doesn't even care about America's closest ally in Europe. Putin could not be happier, I'm sure.

Trump should ignore anything that happened before he became president?

2 man 1 on 1? Are u serious?
Most of the major decisions are made behind closed doors. Without cameras present lol

And you forgot to mention how the Ukraine was destabilized and pro-Western leader put in to further Euro & US interests.

Yet , here we are.
And you haven't replied to not one single part of my rebuttal post
Go back and reread
Especially the part starting with the word Done
And reread your initial OP.
You may realize what you just posted was a lame attempt at "smoothing things over"
Everyone else probably will.

The blame game doesn't work if you truly wish to survive in this modern world? I guess you're kidding, right? There's no hypocrisy in international diplomacy?

It's more about appearances and leveraging guilt than it ever was before. And let's pretend that Trump doesn't play the blame game, alrighty...

Even if we pretend all of that is true, it doesn't matter. Imagine your dad is a mob boss. You used to not worry too much about what he did for a living, but as you got older you started finding out that he's done some bad things, he has extorted some people and murdered others. So you think; eh, he's a bad guy! I mean, most people become disillusioned like that eventually, at some point, and it's a good thing. But what are you going to do if you hear some other mafioso is planning to whack him? I guess you're fine with that, he had it coming, right? Consequences be damned.

If you've got a problem with foreign involvement and interference, then the solution is to stop involving and interfering, not to give up and let Russia involve and interfere with the West.

And you barely had one brick of text to lay atop another. Well at least you have that little devil smirker to hide behind. He always agrees with you, doesn't he.
