They're mixing up a skin condition for an actual allergy. Aquagenic urticaria is a skin condition only that does not affect drinking yet these people also react to drinking water. So it's clearly something different/separate to Aquagenic Urticaria and the reactions they get when ingesting water sure seem like anaphylaxis since I've had it.

What would happen with the people in my links? They go into anaphylaxis/anaphylaxis like condition if they ingest water so what would they do if they came into the ER and told doctors they were severely allergic to water?

You know that soda is at least 90 percent water right ?

Milk is also 85 to 90 percent water.

Orange juice is also 85 to 90 percent water.

If those individuals are allergic to water then why are they not having a reaction to the soda, milk, and orange juice ?
