I'm suspecting NIS/NCIS is some sort of misunderstanding as the report was mentioned to be done by "naval intelligence" and the organization may be this:

en.wikipedia.org...

NIS/NCIS originally branched out from ONI.

I'm currently trying to gain additional information on the matter, but trying to do it without overloading Paco with too many questions. I am the one who asked the above questions (Parabunk is my blog) and I already tried to ask about that NIS/NCIS thing a month ago, mentioning that name change, but didn't get a response then.

Okay, well the report is certainly pretty elusive.

Probably wise not to bombard the poor guy with too many requests :-)

Cheers,

As far as the report, in addition to not seeing why NCIS would be investigating a UFO, it all comes back to the format. The format doesn't fit.

As for the things posted from supposed witnesses, they don't add up and have some serious red flags.

I'ts my opinion that numerous incidents were conflated
into one narrative, in the usual, primitive attempt to
use the material to bring money into TTSA, etc.

This particular strain of pathetic disinformation doesn't have
the "class" of some better forms of it from the past.. you
know any of the classics.. MJ12.. Serpo.. Gary McKinnon..
and of course the mostly accidental, "Roswell" that got
them thinking on their feet.

I'm wondering (I am allowed to wonder) if the radar blips
were "project palladium style" and the story of the
high strangeness of nobody caring about the radar
blips was just a (beautiful in this case) bit of disinfo
to "sell" "high strangeness" when it didn't actually exist.
If so... bravo! now that's how to do it...

Or it was genuine high strangeness.

I do find it fascinating that someone noticed the little
offspring playing in the water..

maybe part of the 5% that isn't BS.

Who knows?

Might all be BS.

I'll be honest Kev... I have nearly had enough of trying to figure out what is BS and what isn't.. what % is and what isn't..

I have a curious mind as you know, but its all starting to tire me out far too much trying to figure out all this nonsense, maybe that's the point!

I might disappear back into the aircraft forums for a few months (my usual lurker grounds) and raise my head above the pulpit in a few months to see what not-nonsense that isn't nonsense that could be nonsense and see what level of nonsense the nonsense has risen too...

the nonsense will keep amping up.. and in my opinion will
keep amping up maybe another 100 or 200 years before
it all suddenly becomes startlingly clear what was going
on the entire time.

I'm rather tired of all this too.

When I was little, I wanted more than anything to find other
humans who had "companions" too.. or at least who knew
what I did.

But it never happened. I got halfway close with the ancient
yoga cult, but as I was not religious, but scientific, I didn't
fit in there either.

It's been so annoying.. that basically close to everyone in
the world is deceived, on a vast array of topics stretching
From spirituality to religion and UFOs.

I have never wanted to be alone.. I'd always wanted to
be part of a group doing good work to help people,
animals and the world.

But that's not going to happen.

It's so annoying.. I don't even want to be right.. but
for example, the first guy who realized that the world
was 'round' was then at odds with every other human
alive.. it does happen...that one person is right, and
nearly everyone else is wrong.. it happens a fair bit
actually.. whenever new science is discovered.

I'm not putting myself on that level.. im not putting
myself on any level..

I'm sure that there must be others in the world, probalby
autistic shamans with a background in science who also
know pieces of the big picture.

But I doubt that I will ever meet them. I doubt that any
will ever write books or whatever.

Most people can't stand being as hated as I am, by various
groups anyway.

I'm probably going to slink away for a while too.. the
history of the world moving forward is a tidal wave
that can't be stopped.

Try it for 50 years, like myself and some of the other posters here at ATS. It's no wonder we've become hardened skeptical cynics. In the UFO field, cynicism is the best way to land on the right side of an issue probably 90 percent of the time. The other 10 percent is just befuddlement.

I'm not an "experiencer" who has personally encountered strange UFO stuff, so I still have the luxury of remaining doubtful but nevertheless intrigued.

I'd wager that a good percentage of the more "cynical"
people on ATS, with some brain cells, could probably
prognosticate with fair accuracy the path the human
race will take, to include so-called "disclosure" and
various big issues such as population control.

I bet I wouldn't disagree that much with your view
for example.

I'm not an experiencer per se, I've seen some strange things a few times and my infinite curiosity has always wondered what it was and I've been searching for those answers for about 20yrs, well I was searching, my interest has waned quite significantly of late. A dog always returns to its vomit, after a while it don't taste so great. The truth is almost a fools folly it seems.

I dont mean to sound so negative, I'm a very positive person usually, just getting bored and tired of the spoon fed BS.

Besides, most people from ATS are either looking up at the sky and the rest of the world down at their phones, I plan on looking straight forward for a while...

Right...where are those raiders, SR72s and green ladies... Lol

And just what about that other 10% though? Being honest here we have a plethora of events that somehow get brushed aside; almost as if there a wishful decision to mop up "the rest ". If anybody were to fail the smell test, it certainly isn't the witnesses.

Witness only see what they are told to see, basically.

Whether the programming is societal, or via another means,
being a witness in any "big events" probably has little or no
value.

Being a witness of a "small event" probably has much less
tampering, but those don't rise about the level of background
noise, so either we don't hear about them, or we ignore them.

Too much of this is incorrect.
Examples: since when does the US Military reference 'WIKIPEDIA' in it's foot notes?
The US Navy does not have 'LT COL', it is LT CDR.
The US Navy does not have '1st Lt', it is Lieutenant Junior Grade.

Too many basic errors to have originated in any US Military organization, much less the Pentagon!

If you read some of the witness statements and bios that were posted in another thread there are even more glaring errors.

Louis Elizondo lost all credibility as a spokesman for anything once he quit his job and was hired by TTSA.
Plain and simple.

He works for an entertainment company.
Also plain and simple.

The report as is currently released has no providence from the DOD so again it's just extraneous "noise".
We really need to keep our eyes on the prize as it were, & ignore junk like this.
Just my 2 cents.

This is all going very Bob Lazar isn't it? Red flags hoisted up one by one as genuine evidence to see who spots them flapping in the breeze of disinformation.

Remember his magical MJ12 pass from the Department of Naval Intelligence.

Except there is no US Department of Naval Intelligence. There is an Office of Naval Intelligence of course.

Now we are being fed this report with obvious and sloppy errors.

Absolutely!

The more obfuscation the better Eh?
It's BEEN time to walk away from all this since it's basically just more crap. Like everyone else I'd had high hopes initially but even if there is a minuscule grain of truth in this mess somewhere, it's not worth all the drama to bother with.

At this point TTSA is making Karla Turners work look like the encyclopedia Britanica!!!

if what i can read is verified by the DoD/Navy and pentagon this would be disclosure of at the very least alternitive propulsion and in the extreme visitors from somewhere

very interesting

MM: there are a few errors in there for sure, and i have made it no secret that i am highly sceptical of TDL and TTSA intentions, and now this flimsy report. Could it be a Hang out to see who bites and maybe even offered up the real story?

maybe this whole thing is to see where the DoD has leaks?

this whole story is very strange, i was hoping you would post here. now a question for you.

if this is confirmed by the DoD and Navy what would they have to gain?

Between this report and the "witness" statements I've seen posted there are holes I can put my truck sideways through.
