Not exactly, there are some members who are separatists who believe in a white nation somewhere in the middle of rural America. For the most part it's people who believe that slavery shouldn't have ended and that American laws and society should be more for the benefit of white people than for anyone else.

What is this demonstration all about anyway? What are they protesting?

The city council was considering removing a statue of Robert E. Lee, the confederate general. White nationalists and members of the alt-right decided this would be a good place to protest the action, they were met with counter protestors.
