What does Turkey have to do with North Korea? I don't see them training their armies day in and day out for a "future war" with America or threatening to invade its neighboring countries. I fail to grasp what you are trying to convey?

They will be supporting the insurgency covertly along with fifth columnists.
They had no problems endorsing attacks in the previous 8 years, some even endorsed the assassination of American citizens, the last bit was just a lame play on the nature of politicians voting for it before they were against it.
