Not sure about all the other animals on this planet but there is something extremely odd about the relatively short times span needed for humans to evolve. The beginning of the Eocene period (which I think was around 50 million years ago) was the time placental mammals evolved according to the fossil record. It took about 20 million years from that time (30 million years ago) for new world monkeys to evolve. Then a further 10-15 million years for apes to evolve (say 15 million years ago) and the first hominids arrived around 10 million years later. Ardi was a 4 million year old fossil, walking upright with an opposable toe, I assume for climbing trees. It took another 4 million years to get from Ardi to Homo erectus, 900 years to get from Homo erectus to Neanderthal. Then this is what makes my brain melt as a geneticist is somehow we go from Homo Heidelbergensis (sp) to Homo sapiens in around 200,000 years.

We only know what we think we know huh...

Your argument is weak and erroneous.
Would you like to learn how 'creation' is impossible, both scientifically and philosophically, and how there is a more 'rational' 'solution'?
And it is not 'evolution', either.
Of course 'creation' exists (everything exists) in your 'beliefs'/thoughts.

But when someone starts babbling about scientist's (etc...) lying, he's probably infested with 'beliefs', and I despair of rational discussion.

What you are talking about? There is no CREATOR. Something has always existed with or without God. It doesn't have to make logical sense to the human mind. Reality doesn't conform to linear thought. Everything is connected to everything else in an absolute analog waveform from zero to infinity of amplitude all at once. The existence of logic, the digital mind, is pure delusion.

It’s kind of sad when people have investigated a matter for
themselves, yet still fail to believe it, or even worse rely on
someone else to make sense of it.

I'm not one of those people.

This reminds me of reading about Gregor Mendel. How instructive
the greatest minds of his time couldn't understand him.

In my understanding it was the fact he believed in God that led
to many of his peers calling him a quack.

It wasn't until 16 years after his death that three independent
botanists rediscovered his work and started more research in genetics.


Unfortunately not much can be said for the "greatest minds" today.
