I see the problem...The female who submitted the bill knows that most men out there are choosing self gratification rather than ask her for a date...

More often than not these feminist progressive types of women are very ugly. I don't think it's a coincidence.

Some times, all too frequently, people of my state make me cringe and hide under the table.

HAHAH ATS would blow up over this thread!
We could solve hunger and healthcare with all that money going back into the community!

When I was a lot younger.

I would of been broke...

Heck, I was broke from dating when I was younger. It wasn't cheap to buy the girls a drink in the bars.

In days of old
My friend wasn't bold
And didn't need protection

For the girls of his dreams
Consisted it seems
of Vaseline and Imagination

I nominate Snarl for the top St.Paddy's limerick of '17.
And it looks so good there may be no comers.

Really don't think the thread could expose a system more
pathetically in need of revenue than taxing an endangered species.
Let's face it, if the habit persists the perp's a mastodon.
Trailing noun deliberately typo'd.

"Farrar's bill would penalize men for masturbation because such behavior is a failure to preserve the sanctity of life and "an act against an unborn child."

Are these people really that stupid or do they just think that we are?

I opt for both of your proposals being true, Buddha... because for
them to think we ARE that stupid means they may have beat us.
oh noes.
HEy, I just found a new entrapment tool for Vice. We can find stupid
government employees to reach in on themselves /a hidden camera.
Rat gets 10%, and with the sheer quantity we'll be RICH! /sigh.

Farrar's bill would penalize men for masturbation because such behavior is a failure to preserve the sanctity of life and "an act against an unborn child."

A woman getting her period instead of getting pregnant could equally be considered "an act against an unborn child". It's her choice to let the egg die instead of being inseminated.

I don't believe these acts should be considered equal, but my point is that this language should be stricken from the bill because it makes no sense. But then again, neither does the bill...

You can masturbate "in your heart", according to the Metaphysics and Mystics forum.

To her credit, Jess looks better with the contacts in.
She's also a Roman Catholic and married too.

We dodged that load o' buckshot, bud. I think I'd choose
a .38 vasectomy before that one. Although an average date's
got a lot more wrinkles than our TX state representative...

How are they going to enforce this?

Like who is standing over your shoulder when you're in your own home doing whatever it is you do there?

The same ppl who said yanking your wanker is a sin.
The same ppl who said male male female female sex relation is a sin.
The same ppl who said if you insert your genitalia anywhere but the vag is a sin..and yes some dude actually wanted to keep antiquated sex laws on the books .

And please remember

I think I see where the motivation came from here, but of course, the execution was bound to cause people to discuss the wrong topic, rather than actually highlighting anything about the issue of abortion, family planning related issues and the like.
