Awful lot of work for a headline. Obviously this bill is going nowhere but If by some chance it did, it would only legally apply to the homeless and pervs as most folks jack it in the privacy of there home.

The abortion crowd should be against this btw. My body my right and all. This law could be applied to women rights to their reproductive organs too. Laws can be double edged swords like that.

What happens when a transgender who identified as a woman get caught and says they identify as a woman? My guess is a Democratic liberals head exploding.

You're right...There are laws and fines against booty sex, but they aren't enforced.

Glad Texas has so much money to waste on a satirical bill introduction. Back in the late 1980s, the cost of a single bill introduction in Pennsylvania was ~$7,500. Not idea what the cost is today.
