Two Hijackers just took control of internal Libya flight thats now on the tarmac in Malta

OK I also find it strange the pilot keeps closing the windows. If he is locked securely in the cockpit would he not want to talk to police on the ground? Do you think he is part of the team of hijackers and they plan to fly the plane?

It did look that way, all assengers now off and crew being released so maybe demands have been met?

I have to ask, is the locked cockpit door policy in all country's? For some reason I thought it was pretty universal for just this reason. So how did they get into the cockpit? Seems odd, unless the pilot were scared they really were going to blow the plane up.

Could be or it could be some kind of signalling system in the event of a hijack, where is Zaphod when you need him?

I think they may have instructed the pilot to land in Malta, if you look at the map it would make sense.

It looks to be a political issue so protecting the passengers will look good to the general population.

That's what I assumed at first. The way the hijackers are handling this is just confusing but im glad its not a worst situation than it is

By the time stamp it appears to still be live. There is about a 1-2 minute delay on my end. I'm on the east coast
