Milwaukee has not yet reported absentee ballots.
That is why I excluded them from the count for now.

Numbers for the City of Milwaukee do not include absentee ballots, which have not yet been recounted. Milwaukee counts its absentee ballots centrally (not at the polling place) on Election Night. When those absentee ballots have been counted the numbers will be updated.

Ah, ok... makes sense... although as you mentioned earlier an 8:1 advantage for Clinton on absentee ballots would seems strange. That would be needed to make up the current Clinton shortfall excluding the absentee ballots.

Wisconsin Day 10 Results

3571 counties are recounted out of 3636

Still excluding Milwaukee, because they still have not added the absentee ballots:

Trump +628
Clinton +654

Net Clinton +26

The Milwaukee County recount was finished Thursday evening. Results were supposed to be made public on Friday 12/9/2016. Something must needed to be "adjusted", as it's now Saturday evening, with no word from the election commission.

Yeah, now 95% done.. just waiting for Milwaukee.
Even on election night, the Democrat strongholds always came in last. Cheating takes time I guess.

The Commissioner of Wisconsin's MILWAUKEE and MADISON counties (Clinton Strongholds) say that they're "working on" the absentee ballots tonight.

That means that so far the numbers are so lame that they are praying the absentee ballots are enough to make it look better.

What a joke.

Maybe....finally this will go away??

The Michigan Supreme Court has denied Green Party candidate Jill Stein's appeal to restart the statewide presidential recount, exhausting what's likely the last legal option for the Stein campaign.

In a 3-2 order issued Friday evening, the court ruled a recount petition in Michigan "must allege both that fraud or mistake exists and that the alleged fraud or mistake caused the candidate to be aggrieved."

JILL STEIN is talking like a rabid animal this evening in Michigan!

""DETROIT ― Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein admitted defeat Saturday in her push for a Michigan election recount, but said her fight for a voting system that is “accurate, secure and just” isn’t over.

Stein spoke to a crowd of supporters in downtown Detroit following the state Supreme Court’s Friday decision that put a definitive stop to the recount. The recount, which had begun on Monday, was contested in court by President-elect Donald Trump and Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette (R).

“We asked, ‘Do we have a voting system we can trust?’ And we got a resounding ‘no,’” Stein said. “We’ve exhausted what we can do here in Michigan, and I think at this point … we need to fight for those reforms. We need to fight to ensure we have a vote we can count on.”

Stein called for the Electoral College to be abolished and for other reforms that would give more power to third party voters, like implementing ranked choice voting and allowing more candidates to participate in presidential debates. She also urged Michiganders to stand up and oppose a restrictive voter ID bill that passed the state House this week.""

How very strange, especially as the Electoral college, in theory at least, makes it easier for a third party to achieve some degree of success.

If it was popular vote first past the post then yeah, third parties would achieve less than the meagre things they do now

You're probably right. If there was anything in the Milwaukee or Madison county recounts that were exciting for Hillary, it would have been announced already. Millions of dollars wasted in WI-MI-PA that could have been used to feed and warm the hungry..tsk..tsk..tsk. Shame on Clinton-Stein.

Agree, also if America get the electoral vote abolish America will never be the same again, our country will implode and will be controlled by just a few states populations.

It will be rampant dissent. That is what Stein and other wants the destruction of the nation and a war every elections.

The internal anger of the losers in this election has pretty much erased their logic and sensibilities. There's supposed to be a million freezing women Marching on Washington during Donald Trump's Inauguration.

Source: www.refinery29.com...

What's ironic is that Trump's economic expansion is already taking hold, and many of these women will miss their, "You're Hired!" phone calls/e-mails, while being loud and belligerent.

This is why we should never use a national popular vote instead of the electoral college.

I hear that 50 people turned up to see her.
Interesting that she wants properly audited elections and doesn't want voter ID.

The delays in Milwaukee and Madison counties are not surprising and give weight to the accusations that Clinton staff are on the ground in these democratic strongholds to slow down the recount. It may very well be that the delays are indeed to push certification beyond Tuesday's deadline.

So here is how the last desperate play is shaping up for the Democrats...

Slow down Wisconsin to have it excluded, -10 electoral college votes for Trump giving him 296.
Get a ruling by the judge on Monday to force a recount in PA - thus almost certainly excluding them from certifying in time, -20 electoral college votes for Trump giving him 276.
Try to drum up 7 faithless electors, forcing Trump's count to below 270.
Ally with the GOP neocons in Congress to select a different President, offering concessions in policy and personal gain to elect a Democrat (it would not be Clinton)

Wisconsin Day 11 Results

3627 counties are recounted out of 3636

STILL excluding Milwaukee, because they still have not added the absentee ballots:

Trump +628
Clinton +692

Net Clinton +64

Notice the explanations on the results for Dane County:

Dane County:
12 Absentee ballots were left in their certificate envelopes, unopened, on Election Night, for City of Monona Wards 6 -10. Ballots were opened and canvased by the board during the recount.
23 Absentee ballots were left in their certificate envelopes on Election Night for the City of Fitchburg Wards 1-4.
20 Absentee ballots were left in their certificate envelopes on Election Night for the City of Madison Ward 29.
11 Absentee ballots were left in their certificate envelopes on Election Night for the City of Madison Ward 2.
Increase of 11 votes in City of Madison Ward 34.
The recount canvass determined 13 Absentee ballots were wrongly rejected on Election Day. The envelopes were opened and votes tallied. +11 votes for Clinton/Kaine

I have a feeling that this is the holdup in Milwaukee.
There are almost 58,000 absentee ballots for Milwaukee still not included in the totals.
Approx, 51,000 for Clinton, and 7,000 for Trump.
There are likely battles going on among the canvassers attempting to include previously rejected or exclude previously accepted ballots.
The absentees are the Dems' last chance to make a difference in the totals, but if they manage 22,000 to flip the result, that would be very strange.

So, if all those absentees go for Clinton.....WI gets flipped?
My sister will be happy.

And....color me confused....are they saying those absentee votes were never tallied?

No. Whilst it's 50k to 7k in Clintons favour ref. absentee ballots, the actual count right now including Milwaukee is something like -50k votes for Clinton vs. the election results. In other words they would have to find a further 22k on top of the current 50k gap for her to win.

There are currently 8 faithless electors planning on voting for someone else. However 5 of them are from Colorado, meaning they are Clinton electors. Them not casting votes for Clinton helps Trump. With that said 2 electors are suing Colorado so they can vote for whomever they wish, challenging Colorado state law that requires them to vote for the person who won the state.

2 are from Texas and there is a push to have them removed per Texas state law.

The remaining is from Washington state.

Maybe the Milwaukee county clerk's office LOST the absentee ballots?
