We settled this question a while ago. It was called the civil war. Let them try and then carpet bomb the hell out of the lot of them.
All enemies, foreign and domestic and California is full of domestic enemies.

What the hell is wrong with you? You got some kind of fantasy about killing Americans. You're just waiting for a reason to shoot a bunch of people. What in the world has this country devolved into?

No one knows. Perhaps someone with a different opinion than Jimmy. Meanwhile this is happening and it comes with real evidence. While ATS acts as a willful actor in election fraud and the Trump crowd continues to bury their heads deeper into the sand.

If you like evidence then bad times ahead for Trump supporters.

Meh, we would just recycle our water and build desal plants.
We are in the process of addressing this issue as these projects are currently in the books. Can you imagine if CA was a right wing state. There would be news clips coming out from the state saying that 1. it is illegal to say "drought" in official state documents and 2. the drought is not real.

Well for one...
I return the podium to the original poster And ask them how they feel about California's inland empire's 70% production of US produce, and how those trade deals would work out for them....

Shows how much you don't know about the rest of the country.
Here's a map of states with and without employment protection for LGBT.
It's pretty clear which states are not accepting of all people. I don't need to visit them.

We're not talking about LGBT protections. We're talking about pro's and con's of secession.

Heck, Hillary Clinton is apparently so loved she could be their first President!
Not a ticking time bomb, but we should be left alone, I do agree with that. I live here and unless I live in some sort of alternative universe (which I don't), most So. Cal residents are doing just fine. Of course, I do live in a Republican (Hell, I'm a Republican) city and that's ok. We still come to the table and listen and consider each others wishes and concerns. We are taxed at high rates for a reason...most of the taxes do not benefit us, but do benefit the rest of the US. I'm still okay with that. Not to mention, as a major agriculture center to the world (let alone the US as at least 1/3 of all produce comes from California not to mention dairy) Californians greatly appreciate those that work the farms. They do all of us including you, a great service. Let them walk out for 5 days and see what happens. Your fridge will be emptier.

Hillary Clinton, pffft, please....will not be my President. Trump is our next President and even though I dislike him, I have respect for his position and wish him nothing but the best of luck. Oh, and by the way, if you think he's going to somehow punish California...lol you got another thing coming. That will never happen as long as he's President. We will only prosper under his Presidency. Especially after we get rid of that god awful Gov. Brown.
Nothing says California couldn't attempt to rejoin the USA later.
If we were to succeed which I highly doubt my state will ever go through with such an ordeal, I think we would be incredibly well. Extremely well, now that I considered some of the recent laws passed. Yup, we'd be good

Have you read your OP? It's an outright attack on CA.
Its not just asking about pro's and con's of secession of California.
Defending against you (and other posters) a state that accepts ALL people seems quite justified in addressing the OP.
