You can stop paying them, you still won't get enough people to follow suit to accomplish anything, and by tying to organize such a thing you put yourself on a lot of list I don't think you want to be on....

And in our transparent environment; how many otherwise
law abiding citizens who only disagree with the machine are
already on a lot of lists they don't even know about?

"There are four boxes to use in the defense of liberty:
soap, ballot, jury, ammo. Use in that order." Ed Howdershelt

With the integrity of our elections a public joke, and the
Grand Juries pretty much history-- isn't it obvious we're
being forced out of reasonable options?

Yes it is!! Do they want us to? Makes me wonder.

I don't understand people today, I really don't. I care about my Country and the people living here. I understand change is a constant but this type of drastic change we have is insane. It's sinister and I don't like being a part of it. Why do i have to just move and be separated from my family.

Why would I want to organize anyone? I don't care what others do, it's up to each individual to decide what's best for them.

You also conveniently forgot to mention the right to petition. I wonder why.

The right to petition means you can write all the letters you want.

Nobody has to read them, much less respond.

Nope, but I'm not calling for revolution in my country either.

If it came to that, I honestly couldn't say if I would or not, but I doubt many westerners would.

just don't participate in the system anymore. In certain countries it's mostly a big scam.

I look at it like this.

Lets say you are a part of a large group. This group you have given your time and money to most of your life and believe all you do within this group is for the betterment of mankind. You wake up one day and see most of them ( not all) are out and about robbing and raping people as well as pushing them out of their homes. This group you notice is also killing people... women, children, men all for nothing.

What do you do?

Here's the deal... we all here in the US wait and wait for the next election in hopes one of the candidates will get into office and change the course the country/world is headed. I'm sick of waiting on something or someone who never comes. I KNOW I am not alone in this. Many thousands if not millions feel this way too.

How do we organize an underground type campaign/group to create our own government?

Sounds like a terrorist group doesn't it?

In all reality... The only way we could ever make a change is if the US military lead us and protected us.

I don't pay attention to Hollywood news and I don't watch much TV... Im a music lover. But I do take note the BS in Hollywood by listening to others.

When he said kids looking up to Beiber and not Nikola Tesla.. so true.

When my kids learned about Tesla they did so from me, not from school. Our schools are so biased too. It's all a scam for sure!!

Do we need a Government to rule us?

This is such an excellent question, you are about to be bombarded with cognitive dissonance...

The average human being is, mentally, a child. I don't mean that pejoratively. I simply mean that, humans have been conditioned to expect to have someone holding authority over them, no matter how logically absurd and destructive the relationship is.

But, to answer your question, NO--humans do not need a government to rule them.

Government is just one type of human organization. Unfortunately, it is common for people to point at any form of human organization and declare it a government, without any kind of analysis of what government is. So that government becomes this ambiguous thing that can be applied to any concept.

Bollocks.

Government is, simply, the arrangement of authority into a hierarchical structure--where those who hold authority have a monopoly on the use of violence so that they may govern, i.e., force their subjects to obey.

Government is a relationship of authority and obedience.

In terms of human organization, you could liken government to an image of a triangle. A triangle is not a circle, nor a square, nor a rhombus, etc. Every form of human organization is not a type of government, and a triangle pattern is not the only form of organization that "won't result in chaos."

People see government as some kind of protection from disruption and chaos. The irony is that government is chaotic.

This is what I feel deep in my heart while others feel it is necessary to prevent hell in the streets. Every time I turn the news on in the mornings Im bombarded by murders, rapes, robbery, and so on. Could it get worse? Absolutely but really something has to give. We cannot continue like this.

Have you ever considered anarchism as a political philosophy? I know that it sounds extreme, because anarchism is viewed as "chaos" by government and media--but, it is my opinion that anarchism is going to be the political philosophy of the future. After humans have outgrown the need for political rulers.

That is precisely what anarchism as a political philosophy is--non-heirarchical human organization with no rulers.

There are lots of different types of anarchism (anarcho-communism, anarcho-socialism, anarcho-primitivism, anarcho-transhumanism, anarcho-pacisifism, anarcho-mutualism, anarcho-capitalism, black flag anarchism, panarchy, etc). Personally, I consider myself an anarcho-capitalist or free market anarchist.

This is an excellent introductory book:

A Spontaneous Order: The Capitalist Case for a Stateless Society

Really good free market anarchist website:

www.notbeinggoverned.com...

But, the philosophy of anarchism is old, and you wouldn't be doing yourself any favors if you didn't read about other types. Some really good anarchist writers:

Peter Kropotkin (The Conquest of Bread)
Michael Bakunin (God and the State)
Murray N. Rothbard (definitely checkout his works, especially For a New Liberty, The Anatomy of the State, and "Man, Economy, and the State")
Llewellyn H. Rockwell Jr. (Against the State)
Max Stirner (The Ego and His Own)

The Anarchist Library

Happy exploring.

Won't corruption just find its way into any system?

Unavoidable.

Not necessarily.

It would not make sense to say we need corrupt systems in order to protect ourselves from corruption.

Some systems would have a greater tendency towards attracting corruption, because of the nature of the system itself.

For instance, government is one form of human organization (even if there are different forms of government, each separate form is just a subset of "government," and government is only one subset of human organization).

We need a definition of government according to it's characteristics:

the arrangement of authority into a hierarchical structure--where those who hold authority have a monopoly on the use of violence so that they may govern, i.e., force their subjects to obey.

That is, at it's core, what government is. The centralization of authority, the relationship between order-givers and the obedient. Government, all governments, are inherently coercive:

co·er·cion
kōˈərZHən,kōˈərSHən/Submit
noun
the practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.
"it wasn't slavery because no coercion was used"
synonyms: force, compulsion, constraint, duress, oppression, enforcement, harassment, intimidation, threats, arm-twisting, pressure
"Johnson claims the police used coercion to extract a confession"

The issue comes from the fact that authority is unequally distributed amongst the members of a society who are under a government's rule. This means that the people who actually hold authority are at an advantage over all other members of society who do not hold authority.

This arrangement is perfectly suited towards naturally attracting clinical psychopaths (by psychopath, I mean humans who have no sense of empathy for other humans, and who crave power to manipulate others--which is a characteristic of pyschopathy/sociopathy). Government naturally attracts the corrupted, basically. The system is such that the "playground bully" personalities will jump at the opportunity to fill roles in government.

A system of human organization without an unequal distribution of authority amongst members of a society, would be much harder to corrupt, because there would exist no single point for corruptible/corrupted humans to seize hold of and use against others.

Yeah the logic makes no sense to me either. I don't need someone to tell me how to live. Im a big girl and would like to be free from a system I don't believe in or agree with.

Thanks for the material!! I will read up on it.

If you want to revolt, you have to go through me. I will resist you as much as I can. Generally speaking, the Left in this country does not have the firepower to revolt; the right does. So bring it on.

How would you combat a force who simply refuses to work until some fundamental changes are made?
