If I was her lawyer and the video looked bad to her, I'd ask to have it sealed. Maybe the judge will even seal it to redirect it back to a private event. The verdicts in this whole sadly, now public event will speak to the evidence. Meaning, even if we don't see what truly happened, the verdict will point to whether the evidence was damaging or not. I'm no lawyer, so that is just my non lawyer opinion. Any ATS lawyers here to enlighten us?

OK guys please keep us updated with the outcome. I am very interested to see how the court rules (should be a simple case) and how Tara reacts to the ruling.

If she doesn't get her way I don't think she will stop. I see her pulling out another victim card. Either the judge was a man so of course he didn't like her. Or the judge was a woman who felt intimidated by her.....you see where this could go?

Anyway, thanks so much for keeping this thread updated and I look forward to hearing the outcome....or maybe a new beginning???

Of course, the guy could be a true gent and if she has made a promise not to diss him again, he will let her off the hook in that regard. Though to be fair, she should then remove all of the nasty stuff about him from her social media.

As for her desire for the radio station to rehire her, probably not going to happen, she is a loose cannon and a potential liability, to the point she will be lucky to get hired anywhere. Now that is true karma
