Ordinary grade thermite decays very little. Nano thermite is not shelf stable, though. So it's possible they could have positioned the thermite when the building was constructed. It isn't like thermite is new...it was discovered in the 1890's. So, it existed prior the Twin Towers construction. To ignite it, you would just need a magnesium ribbon which are readily available.
Explosives could be planted fairly quickly...by the "security" company that "swept" the building the weekend previous to 9/11. You know, the whole Wirt Walker/Marvin Bush fiasco. Their company...well, they were on the BoD, designed and installed Phase 1 of the electronic security system at WTC. That is fact.
So no, the concept isn't ridiculous.

On Febuary 18, 1967, NBC aired episode 52 entitled "Smart Fit The Battle Of Jericho". Frank Lloyd Joshua operated a KAOS front posing as a construction company called the Joshua Construction Company which seemed to have a history of their High Rise buildings exploding. Max Smart infiltrates the construction company and discovers that KAOS is using explosives in the actual construction of the buildings themselves. Construction of the World Trade Center began in 1966. This episode aired just 197 days after the WTC ground breaking. Around the time this episode aired, the producers of the show (Leonard B. Stern, Jess Oppenheimer, Jay Sandrich, Burt Nodella, Arnie Rosen, James Komak) have said they were directly contacted by the CIA who were very interested in where they were getting their ideas from.

That doesn't make sense at all, it's not how air works. There would be equal pressure sent through the HVAC system then. If it happened as you say, the HVAC must've been terrible at WTC, as they would have to just guess where the AC/Heat would come in during the seasons.

Franky, I dont think much of the authors for for this. All it means is that they have slightly more guts than to not purplish the report at all.

Sure,
The glass not being extracted from the building, as it is in demolitions.
Aside from the tremendous height would likely cause the sound of the
explosions to be significantly less audible. Even more so with the building
crashing down.

Yes, it is very predicable. They are easy to spot, with their attempts to marginalize anyone who doesn't buy the offical story, by painting them into a corner with things they don't even bring up, such as "no planes" or some other misinformation. They are also identifiable by their low post scores.

Why would someone care so much about trumpeting an offical story, much less taking time to speak with the dreaded "truthers"? I think we all know, but I will stop there and wait for my account to be terminated.

It is the same opinions that have been beaten to death. I just read the article. Once again the"experts" started with the conclusion that they wanted, then tried to speculate enough to "prove" their point.

There is not one piece of new information that was given.

Sure they perped the towers to justify all the war in the middle East. Whatever happened to the reveal of 28 pages of Saudi proof of involvement? That must have got buried with the demolition materials in FreshKills landfill.

Some of the radiation went into those humans who eventually manifested symptoms of radiation poisoning. Think Zadroga Bill.

Considering that EPA did not even measure the toxicity of the air, it is safe to say the agency did not measure any radiation effects either.

The radiation emitted by a nuclear event can be tailored by the design of the nuclear device employed. Geiger counters do no measure all forms of radiation.

On the other hand, dozens or more people reported explosions and booms. Any nuclear devices would likely be quite small in size.
