Does Trump advocate Clinton assassination?

I'm late to this "party," but here's the basics that may or may not have already been mentioned:

- In order for this to be legally considered to be inciting violence, there has to be ZERO other logical meaning that could have been implied by the comment (especially since he did not outright say that gun owners should do [insert action here])

- There is a well known concern by 2nd-Amendment supporters (of which I am one) that if a democrat is elected and gets to nominate the next few SCOTUS Justices, we might as well kiss any non-partisan rulings on 2nd-amendment issues goodbye

So, with those two things in mind, and putting the words that he said into context about talking about the SCOTUS appointments, it stands to reason that he absolutely could have meant that those who support the second amendment should ensure that Clinton doesn't become president.

That said, it takes a very, VERY ideologically driven left-winger to assume that Trump meant that someone should try to harm Hillary--that type of assumption does nothing but continue the ignorant divide in this country. It's a piss-poor, immature tactic that Democrats/Progressives have been using this entire campaign cycle (so have the Repubs, but I'm not discussing them right now) and it's pathetic that these are our two main parties from which the average American thinks that their only choices come.

Wake up, America--the Dems and Repubs only matter because you keep voting this stupidity into office, and then complain that our country is dying. YOU ARE THE CAUSE OF IT!!!

Exactly this. Trump implied AFTER the vote was over, if she is elected, there would be no stopping her-- Accept maybe the 2nd Amendment people would have ways.

No, we do look up his claims. It's just the media that is heavily invested into a Hillary presidency always takes Donald out of context or just blatantly change what he said. Funny thing is people like you eat it up and then spew the same garbage to us.

There's no "context" for suggesting that a sitting President be assassinated if you don't like their Supreme Court picks.

How would a vote stop Mrs. Clinton from choosing Justices? It wouldn't because as DJT says "there's nothing you could do."

Answer, it wouldn't, but a "Second Amendment" solution by the "Second Amdnement" folks could.

I don't think I've ever agreed with anything you said however, you are right about this. All the government giveaways is letting people vote for a living. They are placated, given food, clothing, shelter, medical care and Obama phones to stay consolidated as a united power.
