Ok Bird, what'd I miss? From what Q has been saying in replies, someone has a heart problem? High cholesterol? What?

I'm supposed to be on meds for high cholesterol but can't tolerate any of the pills. My husband just went on a higher dose for his cholesterol. I take fish oil pills. If it is high cholesterol, stay away from too much red meat. My Husband loves his red meat, but has been trying to eat healthier with tuna and salads and what-not.
So who else is still here tonight?

I think you can take apple vinegar for high cholesterol but I don't remember exactly

Im still catching up here. I just got off a 12 hour shift. I think it was 103 or 104 outside. A bit hotter in the plant. I stayed up too late last night sipping beers. I was up till 12 then had to get up at 4:15 am. I was tired.
