its not that hard to understand how co2 and n2o can increase a green house effect. the internet is full of information, you have no excuse not to understand global warming. unless you dont want to or dont care about truth, i dont know your motives. maybe you know more about science than nasa and the majority of scientists.

Really the split is closer to 50-50. The entire argument of consensus STILL would not PROVE man made global warming.

It would show general agreement in direction at most, which it does not.

I will not listen to people who have been LYING for years in hopes of grants and subsidies. They showed the trend and made governments waste money on things that DID NOT advance the study of climate change...something I think SHOULD keep happening.

Intellectual dishonesty seeded the distrust I have now, and I am NOT going to settle for anything less than 100% verifiable proof before I entertain anyone asking for more converted efforts ever again. They cried wolf and that is BS.

Do the work and get back to us I say. We were sold doom porn for too long and even now there is no effort to dismiss the 97% claim. That means there is still institutionalized dishonesty on the part of governments and universities trying to secure funding for personal projects not linked to the global study.

I think you're a bit off. I, of course, have no way of knowing the real number of who believes what. But if you do the research you'll see that every scientist, science department and organization believe in man made global warming. It's probably over 90%, which in science is a sure thing.

If you want 100%, like I said before-you don't get 100% with gravity, moon landings or evolution. You'll have to stop buying into those theories as well.

I didn't look this up, but for experiment go to Yale, Oxford, Stanford, LSU, Gonzaga, University of Ohio, University of Maryland, University of Nevada Reno, Washington State, Boise State, MIT, Georgia Tech, Texas A&M and most of them will have a stance on Global warming that says it's happening and man is the major culprit.

Then you have to take into consideration that most of those against man made global warming in some way, not all of course, there is good science going on trying to dispute this or test the theory, but most of those writing papers against it, are funded by big oil, automobile, coal, or entrenched power companies like Nevada power. That should tell you something.

Obama said its real and he wants to help the UN tax the world even though it is a theory. Are they not leaders? The scientists are payed by leaders and they like pay checks, just saying would you want to tell your boss all the money he just spend to prove something that would make him a lot of money is wrong? you would get fired.

i agree that when i drop something it falls, but if it is gravity or not is up in the air. People in change say so and i don't know physics, so i can't prove its not. I believe it is real, but i dont know. also apples and oranges

We used to think the earth was flat and had theories for such. We didnt know what the hell we were doing.

So far too many who are just as qualified disagree.

Big oil funds people, governments pushed by special interest groups fund people, universities fund people....

and still they have a leg to stand on because there is no good theory to silence most. Only vague theories


Next people will fund the flat earth theory again and we will be back at square one.

Too much money and not enough honesty

We had a pretty damned good theory for gravity before it was generally proven. So good it led most people studying it to find out more about it and not waste time on other theories as a cash cow.

I was talking about Scientists.
Scientists are not typically in public office as "leaders".

You are now digressing onto lobbying factions which influence "politial leaders" by throwing money at them to ignore actual science.

I have had to leave jobs because the corporate "leaders" were inhumane and didn't give a frilly rip about the people OR the planet. It was simply because my own personal morals were offended by their 'policies.'
